James was fantastic. Even though the softballs we wanted were not in stock, James special ordered them in just a few days. I submitted the payment through PayPal but I needed them shipped to a different address other than what was on my PayPal account. James took care of that too. The softballs arrived yesterday as estimated and exactly what we ordered, 100% perfect. Next year we plan to use BatsPlus again for sure, no need to shop around and waste time with other suppliers. Bats plus is where I always get my monsta bats from. They ship it out the very next day usually via UPS and it’s usually at ur door step within 2 days. Always wrapped up for protection in a clear wrap inside a cardboard box. Also Comes w a written receipt for monstas replacement program.
