Received a Worth Krecher Gamer bat which had a handle grip irregularity. The customer service rep. decided my bat was normal which it is not( I have many of the same which are fine ). Now how could he make that determination without examining the bat. His quote, "have hundreds of miken and worth bats on hand from the past year and they all have the same grip as the bat that you have. There's no glue to strip. If you don't like the product that you got, you can return it. I don't offer to replace things that have nothing wrong with them". You think he would offer to send me grip tape or replace the item. Instead he offered me his remark. There are many outlets to purchase expensive softball bats. I will never recommend purchasing from bat plus.
