I was trying to exchange a bat and unfortuantely, BatsPlus was not very friendly and made false accusations. Do not buy from them. Made getting a refund very diffuclt. Luckily I bought through Amazon. It took way longer but I ended up getting my money back. They told me to never buy a bat from them again. Terrible Customer Service for a bat that all I wanted to do was exchange.

Worst service ever James Troy should be fired sassy fella with the emails. I didn’t even take 10 swings with the bat never been unwrapped or anything still didn’t take it back it’s cool. That credit card dispute coming up for batsplus

Bat plus gave me great response on my order i had a problem when i first ordered my bat but they called me an we fixed the issue and got my bat in 2 days will buy from them again

Didn't received my bat and they did nothing other than say talk to the carrier.

Bat is great but paid for 2 day air shipping took 5 days to arrive. Didn’t say the shipping was your fault, but yes it was delivered on the 5 th day. Guess I’ll spend my money somewhere else next time, since your reply seems like you could care less.
