Great bat with LOTS of pop off the barrel!

Ordered a 2021 Monsta Black Sheep 26.5 oz and it came in less than 24 hours. No idea how that's even possible but incredible service and will definitely be using BatsPlus again in the future! Good to know they're a trustworthy bat supplier.

Originally I ordered 27 oz for my girlfriend and had it sent next day air, but received the 26 oz.. I sent an email to sales and have not heard back from anyone. Sent another email today, see what happens. She’s going to try it out until I get a response back because I believe she has 30 days to try it..

Can’t wait to use my new bat looks and feels great. Unfortunately it came without the bat tape/wrap in place. Would’ve been nice to have received the bat ready to go. I’ve never had to rap about and wasn’t sure what I was doing. Not thrilled with the end result.

Excellent Customer Service from Bats Plus! They were extremely knowledgeable and responded to all my questions amazingly fast as I was deciding on a bat for my son. I also called when I realized I ordered the wrong bat size and they corrected my mistake immediately with no issues. Ordered the bat on Tuesday and received it on Wednesday the next day. Just received my daughter's fastpitch bat today so she hasn't used it yet. The selection and price on the BatsPlus website was great and the ordering was easy. To top it off, the shipping was free and without delay.

The bat says it weighs 25.5 ounces but actually weighs almost 27 ounces. This is my only issue with my experience.
