The test instrument is good however, some very basic accessories that is inexpensive could be added to the package, since these would be used with almost every visit to a site when doing testing and tagging. These are the ‘IEC to Clover’ and ‘IEC to Figure 8’ converter adaptors.

Great customer service easy to deal with, prompt service of getting Pat Tester calibrated and sent back out.

I recently had an issue with a unit that was sent in for recalibration, ATS kept me informed the whole way through the process and when a problem was found it was going to take a longer than anticipated time to fix the problem. ATS supplied me with a loan unit in the interim all at there own cost. when it was discovered that the unit could not be repaired, I was supplied with a new unit under warranty with no fuss whatsoever. I would recommend ATS to anyone looking to come into the Test & Tag business or current testers looking for a reliable supplier, They are hands down the best in the business.
