The service was great - the timing was not too bad - the only thing I would suggest for improvement is the non-trusting attitude - by this I mean the slightly threatening tone that comes with 'as soon as we get your money we will release the hostages' - a better policy would be to send the goods straight back and invoice the customer the same as everyone else.
