I purchased 'The Unworry Book' and also some Unicorn Dream Spray for my little girl to help combat her reoccurring nightmares... so far so good. She loves the book and all the fantastic ideas it has to put your unhappiness aside and she tells me that the dream spray is making her 'nightmares fly away'...
