Horrible experience! Takes your money and don’t pay the debt! Then emails 2 years later saying they are not longer handling my debt. I found out they haven’t been paying my debt as agreed too! These people need sued

This company needs to be sued. They have not paid one debt or put any money towards any of my debts seems like they took all my money and put in their pockets. I would love to file a class action lawsuit against them. Because of them removing me from the program without my knowledge has made my situation worse meaning that I will probably have to file bankruptcy. Anyone wanting to do business with them beware.

The process was not clearly laid out. What was stated on the phone call and what was "spelled out" a year after they had taken a very large sum from our account. When we were told their first attempt was unsuccessful, the second one goes much quicker. After viewing our portal we were informed there was less than a thousand dollars in our account. When we asked where all our funds went, it was then, a whole year later, we were informed"we take out our fees first". We were never informed as to how much that fee would be and when it was withdrawn, yeah, shame on us. I think we call that trust, now we feel as we were had. Our hard earned funds were depleted. We received an email to call a number for assistance, because they were busy helping others and had heavy call volume. Funny it was the same number we were told to use to get help from them. If you can work it out yourself try it, we probably could have done much better

It may take some time for the dust to settle on the financials, but ultimately, your success is what matters most. An instant miracle solution to these problems does not exist.

The only good thing that happened is after filing a claim with BBB they decided to refund my money but I still lost 400.00 for nothing. Long story short the guy came to have you signed the paperworks will not show you the list of what will be taken from your monthly. You think I will sit there infront of that guy all day reading a book of papers before I sign them? No one will explain to you how much will be deducted and goes towards your funds coz if they will, no one will be interested anymore. They wanna get paid before they provide the service. Even the 400 I lost is still unexcusable as i should not pay an app to collect my monthly. Everything is ridiculous in this program. Then what's funny is they ask you to apply for a loan with their bank so you can get a settlement faster but you will pay the interest. That is when I decided this is enough BS. I will deal with it myself at least i have 100% of my money and not getting ripped off by this law firm. In 8 months I paid them 2500 and only 400 is in my funds. Everything went to them. So I don't recommend this program at all.

I wish I would have read the reviews on this before signing up with Hallock and associates! All I was looking for was debt relief and they took $672.02 out of my account every month yet nothing was ever paid! I finally realized I could have done a better job And called and canceled the end of May 2023. I asked for a refund of my money which would’ve been approximately $4704 and to my surprise all I got back was $17.69! As I tried to make payments to them, I am now on the verge of losing my home that I’ve lived in for 21 years !Avoid this company like the plague! While I thought I was doing a good thing for myself, all I was doing was paying their salaries. Scam, scam, scam!

HORRIBLE They did NOTHING but rip me off. I was giving them over $700/month and I called and requested to defer a payment (my June payment) I was told no problem they will not take the money from my checking account. So I went ahead and scheduled some payments. Lo and behold out came my $700 payment. I immediately contacted customer service and was basically told “ oops we made a mistake” do I asked to have the money refunded and o was told the money hadn’t processed/cleared on their end yet so I waited and called a couple days later and it still hadn’t cleaned, I called the next day and it cleared so they were going to put the request in to refund my money. I had to approve this on s recording, which I did and I was told it will talk up to 72 hours for this request to be reviewed. Then up to 5 days for the refund to get processed, the following week I called again to check on the status and was told that the person did not get my authorization correctly and it had to be redone and started over from day one. Which we did (the recording was done the exact same way). Now I had to wait another 72 hours snd 5 days. I requested to speak to a manager but was told none was available. We are now going into week 3. Finally. I decided to cancel the program which I did on the 14th and this time s manager was available. So I still haven’t gotten my moneys and he is going yo put in a request. He said I should have it next week. Well, today I’d next week and I called and was told it is still pending and I should have it by next Monday, which is the 26th. This is totally unacceptable snd unprofessional. I would discourage everybody to stay away from this group.

Exorbitant fee. Nearly 95% of monthly payments that supposed to accumulate to settle debts goes to cover attorney's fee, administrative fees, monthly fee and other misc. fee. They said it will take 9-11 months before they could even attempt to negotiate. Which means it will take that long to accumulate enough money to make an offer to negotiate your debt. Just think only about 5% of your monthly payment goes to accumulate cash for future payments. It's a scam. Read the fine print and ask more questions on the fees. What I find out is, creditors will always try to make deal to collect some money rather lose all. Talk to your creditors, some will offer 0% and reduced monthly payments. While some will offer a lump sum discount of 50%. I bet you can find a better deal than going to debt consolidation scam companies. With so many negative reviews, it would be wise to take the positive reviews with a grind of salt.

I started this program in November of 2022, Here I am in May of 2023, nothing all the payments from Global Holdings that have been paid have all went to fees. No negotiatians, no settlements, nothing. I'm still getting calls from Creditors and now one account has been placed in the court system. Very dissatissfied with the way my account is being handle. To top it all off, mu husband just passed away in February by way of suicide, they have not taken any real action. Neither do I have any documents that prove that they have acted on my behalf. I would asume that Creditors stop contacting me once the POA is in place & they are sincere in acting on my behalf. However, if Creditors know them & how they truly operate then the POA means nothing to them. If I have to go to court to resolve this problem, I will seek the help of the profesional system.

I am beyond annoyed with this whole system. Approximately 36 months at a certain $$$ amount was what I was told. They would handle all accounts. I have increased my monthly and now am told that it will take more than 57 months at that increased amount. I have been taken to court twice now. They first time they "worked their magic" - which was I could pay the full cost over two years (the full cost being the original debt plus all of the monthly late fees incurred after Hallock took over) or pay a reduced some around 2k (which I didn't have and was only about a 10% reduction over the original cost). The second summons just came and I expect a third at some point because they just let the larger debts "sit until the end". I have paid over $5700 so far and only had about $1500 settled and the rest have been sucked up by their administrative fees. Add to that, the original attorney assigned to me has been absolutely impossible to reach. I will finish this out because I have paid all the main fees by now and don't have the means to deal with lawsuits on my own, but this was easily the worst financial decision of my life.

Garbage! I wasted my money! I knew this wasn’t right for me when I noticed they insisted you put more money in account so settlements could be reached faster! I was having $720 a month taking from my account! And your telling me to “ADD” more money!!! I used them for almost 4 months and when I canceled all I’m getting back us $320!! I flushed good money down the toilet instead of negotiating my debts for free! GOOD RIDDANCE! I Don’t believe the positive reviews on website.

The took 6300 from me and only settled one debt for 700. I called to cancel after 9 months and was told they would only refund me 200. They charge 600 a month in fees. they refuse to give my money back. HORRIBLE COMPANY look at your contract. They state fees are monthly but took them out every two weeks. I tried to resolve the issue and the managers on the escalation team told me to kick rocks. I have to get a lawyer to fight the conflict of interest in my contract.

All they did was take money from me. I have paid them in the amount of $1600. They have only settled one of my accounts in the amount of $300. Which would leave a total of 1300$ in the account, but when I called to check the account they they said there was only a $100 in there. Stopped it immediately. This is a scam!!
