Wow, I had purchased the small bullet as part of an order, but didn't realise the size was so small! I had bought the wrong one! But they kindly sent me the right sized bigger one for free as a replacement as I had been a returning customer - this is truly sensitive, supportive and kind customer service! First class, and the owner even email me himself! I am so impressed by their standard of customer care! Highly recommend!
