Mi occorreva un tavolo bello ma di dimensioni contenute e ho trovato il modello Santiago da 120x80. Che dire? Inizialmente ero molto spaventata dalle recensioni negative lette qui e in altri contesti ma non c'era assolutamente da preoccuparsi! Ordine effettuato settimana scorsa è arrivato oggi (dodici giorni dopo/dieci giorni lavorativi). Sono arrivati due pacchi uno contenente le gambe e uno il tavolo. Tutto imballato perfettamente e senza alcun segno di usura: pacchi integri senza neppure un graffio. Il tavolo è bellissimo, di grande impatto visivo. È un po' leggero, questo sì ma è solido e l'impressione è più che buona. Certo, non è legno massello ma si tratta pur sempre di un tavolo da 260 euro che, però, a primo impatto, sembra valere di più. Il servizio clienti è un po' lento ma rispondono sempre e in maniera esaustiva e gentile (ho chiamato per capire quanto tempo occorresse alla spedizione per partire). Insomma, consiglio il tavolo e consiglio Beliani! Anche perché un tavolo del genere, di quelle dimensioni e dello stile giusto, nei vari negozi di arredamento non c'era traccia! Ps: qualcuno sostiene che l'azienda chieda recensioni positive in cambio di sconti... Io non so a chi è accaduta una cosa del genere ma... non a me! È arrivato il tavolo e basta, niente voucher, purtroppo😂😂

Mi dispiace dare due stelle, ma… Il letto è arrivato in due colli separati e c’è voluto un mese per riceverli entrambi e il corriere non avvisa. Il letto non è come nell’immagine, manca la base nel letto contenitore, ho inviato una mail, aspetto una risposta, spero risolvano

Sito molto semplice da usare, ho parlato con una ragazza del call center che e' stata gentilissima e chiarissima, prodotti esteticamente molto belli

I have never written a review in my life, but the service was so poor I felt obligated to warn others. I was actually very excited about their products, felt the prices were reasonable, read their story, and thought great… this is where I will order all my furniture. I am actually not dissatisfied with the products — only the terrible service and the fact that I did not receive what I ordered. First, I arranged for a delivery six months in advance. Order process went well. When the big day came, no delivery. This happened again and again for five days despite having accurate address, google maps, and written detailed instructions for my home which is right on a provincial highway! Yes, this is largely due to the courier, but they need to contract with someone that can do the job. I spent my entire weeklong vacation in Italy at my home waiting for the courier, only to have the furniture delivered to the wrong address after I left. Even more disappointing was my issue with the ONE piece of furniture I DID receive, a bistro set. I ordered black and got brown. I immediately contacted them and put the brown chair back in the box. They said to send pictures and I did immediately. They said it looked correct. Brown and black are not the same as shown in my pictures placing the clearly brown chair on something black! I asked more than three times to schedule a pick up of the brown set, and for them to send a replacement in the black color I ordered. No response, no pickup. Finally I asked if there was somewhere I could drop it off, and I actually got a response to this but it was “no, they had to pick it up” yet never scheduled it. I then gave up on calling and emailed more than three times asking for them to schedule a delivery. I got only one reply with a link explaining terms and conditions for returns. I again replied saying “please schedule return of bistro set” and again no reply. Needless to say I will not be ordering anything else from this company that I was so excited about, that seemed to want to ensure the customer was satisfied with a generous one year return policy. Sadly, its useless if they won’t respond to customer service calls or emails. It is also incredibly disappointing to not get what you carefully selected. I have been fighting this for basically a year with my original delivery date in May 2022. Now that I am approaching a year, and nearing the end of their stated return timeframe, I’m just giving up because the frustration is no longer worth it. I will buy black spray paint and paint my table to match my decor, and be grateful that I didn’t have bigger problems!😊

Ho acquistato una lampada per un regalo e siamo stati molto soddisfatti. tutto è stato curato e puntuale così come ottimo il rapporto qualità/prezzo. Il festeggiato è stato felicissimo!

HO SCOPERTO BELIANI TRAMITE UN'ALTRA AZIENDA E POSSO DIRE DI ESSERE SODDISFATTA E AVER TROVATO IL PRODOTTO CHE CERCAVO. LO CONSIGLIO
