Multiple emails sent asking where my order is, with not one reply or acknowledgement.

Placed an order a week ago & it still has not been dispatched yet. I have emailed them a couple of times to try to find out when I will receive my items & no one has replied to me. I would not order with this company as it seems they are not trading but for some reason still have their site up.

Ordered my pods on New Year’s Day for next day delivery which I understand the would probably deal with that the next working day, still haven’t received my pods and it’s been a couple of days now especially annoying when have run out of pods and paid £6.50 for next day delivery still nothing from customer service either

As usual, my order was promptly completed and delivered with no issues. I still find the site very easy to navigate and my favourite flavours are still available at a very competitive price. Payment is straightforward and the facial recognition page working more consistently certainly helps. As always, I have found the customer services excellent in dealing with any questions I need answered. I remain a completely satisfied customer.

I realy like taste! It’s not very sweet! But I really don’t like, that sometimes it smells like burnt , especially fruit candy ice! I can smoke only a half pod, then it smells like burnt and I throw it in bin! I can give you some pictures, but you don’t have this option.
