First of all, my agent, Lizette Gallardo, was excellent. She was knowledgeable and very available as I was apartment shopping. During onboarding she was responsive to all questions and made it easy. Secondly, the RHC portal is user friendly.

My brother Shawn and I were looking at multiple town homes in Santa Rosa. We found Brush Creek Town homes online. After meeting with Lizette we knew right away that this was going to be the place we wanted to move into to make our new home. They have a beautiful property with a dog park and beautiful town homes. Lizette was very informative and very professional I would strongly recommend her to my friends and family.

Lizette was amazing to work with. She made me feel right at home the second I came to look at the property. She was extremely professional answered all questions I had. She even responded after hours which I didn’t expect at all. She made the whole moving in process as easy as could be. I would highly recommended anyone looking at this property to ask to speak with Lizette and I am sure you will have the same experience I have had. It’s rare to find someone who cares and responds the way that she does. I am very happy I made the choice to work with her and would gladly recommend her to anyone in the future.

Best experience ever. Property manager Liz is very understanding person and she always makes sure the property is comfortable for all tenants. The management and maintenance are always on point too.

My family and I have been at The Bennett since December of last year. During that time I have had nothing but positive interactions with the manager, Liz. She is great at communicating, well organized and responds to any complaints/ questions we may have in a timely manner. She has definitely been a key factor as of why our experience has been so great.

This is a honest insight of my experience being a tenant.Last year i rated services as 1star only which could have been worst.However,when Liz introduces herself as the new Property Manager from day 1 hope for a better service was already looming.I introduce myself straight away followed by complaints (being in the pipeline for ever) on day 1 day 2 she responded abruptly.This is the kind of tenants and management relationships that is healthy and soothing and off course lucrative for business. Liz responses to complaints is expedient quick positive efficient and timely.Her communication skills is superb and never let doubts to prevail.She is definitely an asset to the company and I sincerely hope she stays for a longer term.Really appreciate Liz services and with her work ethics she will surely achieve better higher positions in the company..Thank you soo much for the excellent services Liz

Our experience was great. Liz, the on-site manager was very helpful throughout the whole process. She got back to me in a timely manner with any questions or concerns. The move-in process was easy and we felt welcomed. Aaron, from maintenance, was also very helpful with some PG&E issues we had on our move-in date. Overall, management and staff are doing a wonderful job and we are pleased to be living here.

Easy friendly and fast

Hard to get people on the phone or at complex to assistance or service, frequently give dates and times for clean outs repairs check ins and not one time came in the day they said they were spend most of there time in other properties in Sonoma county not Marin seen a laborer 2 times only person i seen more then once in 3 years also sent me a happy birthday email 7 days after I was evicted only got 3 day notice from sharrif no communication from Marin landing

It was nice at first but it seemed to turn for the unfavorable around late 2021 to 2022. Price hicked up. If you're not on a lease, you don't get the opportunity to be back on a lease. If you live in a non-renovated home, you'll pay the same price as a renovated apartment. And you are not aware of this until you get a hold of management. It was a nice place but we'll be looking to move out soon.

Very bad on repair needs for the apartments

I would like to know why your groundskeepers keep blowing dust all over my new car that I just washed. I'm at 6263 number 7 parking stall and I just washed my car and it's covered with dust and rocks and sticks and leaves and it upsets me to a high degree. And also there's a Non-Stop barking dog non-stop constantly barking all the time constantly Non-Stop it never stops barking did Mark's all the time. There's two of them you know what they do when they take a rest from barking they bark some more. And you know what they do when they're done barking? That's a species question they're never done barking. That's all they do bark all the time I've had two days off in the last two months and all they do is bark and bark and bark. Do you know what they do? Yep you guessed it they bark and bark and bark

My family and I have lived at Brush Creek apartments for 2 years and just upgraded to Brush Creek Town homes . We love both floor plans. The town home has a plus with washer and dryer and a yard. The plus side of these places that they are pet friendly. Salvador in the office is nice and respectful, maintenance handles work in a timely manner. We enjoy living at Brush Creek Town homes.

The apartments are outdated and are in desperate need of renovation. The kitchen and hardwoods need some attention
