This are just scammers. I requested a logo from them, that I never used since it was a terrible design. Two years later I get a call from them saying someone is trademarking the name of my company, since I had the name first I can trademark first and keep my name, they offer to help me with the trademark, and at the beginning I said yes, but the person who contacted me was from another company, when I complained his "supervisor" called me to say that that person was working for two companies and was stealing their clients, I could deal with him directly. In thatmoment I backed away I did not pay anything. Now I get constant emails and calls regarding Business Brand Identity Infringement. As per their messages Im going to get sued, I will have to pay a fine of up to $150K if I dont trademark my company with them. Complete Scammers, dont waste your time and money with this so called "Company".

They designed a logo which looks like it was done by a 6 year old. Needless to say we didn't use it. A couple of years later they sent us a word salad email about some Business Brand Identity Infringement - IP Conflict. The email seemed nonsensical but sounded official. Our lawyer confirmed it to make no sense. We consider this company scammers.

Absolute scam of a company. Tried and failed to design me a logo several years ago, insisted on a refund and now got one. Years later, I received a call and a follow up email about some IPO registration from a company in the USA filing for the same company name. Of course they can assist me in the filing of the same to block the other filing …. They aren’t even aware (despite me telling them twice) that they didn’t even produce my Logo, also - their “other” company can do what it wants - I’m sure they (as a start up) will have the funds to stop me trading as such in another country - never mind the fact that my company Logo is just a brand to my Hobby (not a business at all) - Good Luck with them insisting I cease my hobby !!!!! What a bunch of scam artists….stay well clear of this company…..well clear.

Started an e-commerce site with them in August 2019. Initially talked with several different people. In October was sent a demo link that didn’t work. Content was never added. Website was never completed. Never even received a real demo. By November they were no where to be found. No responses to email. Live chat and website messaging didn’t work. Phone number was disconnected. Asked multiple times for a refund with no response. Filed a dispute with cc and they responded with 22 pages of false information.

Spammers - they send promotional emails to people who never signed up to their service, AND with wrong statements, and that's why I'm giving them this review. You're Going to Need a Logo! 2 Hrs left to Activate Your Coupon Now to Get Your Logo for Only $29" On their website, they post fake claims, logos of non-existent companies that they "served", and tell people that they give a 90% on logo designs that should cost $995 (lol)

Complete rip-off. Their website and portal doesn't even work if you need to contact them, and the chat and phone numbers are useless too. I started a project with them late last summer, and decided to delay finalizing it. We had the drafts and the layout ready, but I needed to put together some of the content, and I tabled it while I was busy with some other things.. Now I can't get on contact with them to finish up. There are broken links on their website, and they seem to be completely inaccessible. I'm sure they have just changed their name and domain, and started all-over ripping off people under a different brand.

I feel I have been ripped off. If I had done a review earlier in the year, I might have given a better score, but in July I paid for some copy writing and API for my website (still not live) and since then cannot reach the company and apparently the actual people I worked have left the company. I now have no website and have poured a lot of money into Pixels Logo Design / Logo Design Legend for the creation of my website. They were going to Host it as well. I have lost my money and I have no website which was promised by August 1st. Since no one from the company will respond to my e-mails or calls; my next step is to file a complain with the Attorney General. I guess I should have done more research or figured it out myself. At 10am I discussed online with a rep of logo design legend and explained what I required, within 2 hours I had in my hands a 1st draft and 2 phones calls later I had exactly what I wanted. The staff are excellent the service was impeccable, I really couldn't rate these guys high enough. Very professional excellent customer service and I will defiantly 100% be speaking to David and his team again in the future.

End product was exactly what I wanted. The team of Logo Design Legend was very professional and extremely prompt in delivering the design. They were keen enough to make minute revisions needed in the draft design. Overall experience was good, very happy with the logo.

These guys did a wonderful Logo/ Stationary set for us. At first I was a little skeptical, but they delivered 100% and for a fraction of the cost it would have cost us. I loved having the choices and the ability to request changes until we had exactly what we wanted. I'm sure we will be back if we need any additional work.

Why did I mention LEGENDS? Well, because they are. This company should rename itself to the LOGO DESIGN LEGENDS with a "S" in the end. AND NO !! I AM NOT BEING PAID BY THIS COMPANY TO PRAISE THEM LIKE THIS !! They deserve it. My friend Martha recommended this company to me for getting my webpage designed. When I went to their office the warmth and courtesy won me over. I wanted my company's page to be designed in a weeks time so that I could go to my vacation stress free. Much to my surprise they designed the website of my company in just 3 days. YES !! 3 DAYS !!! and guess what they even offered me a digital marketing and social media (complete branding package) at half the rates that the marketing was offering me, and since I had my vacation on Japan coming up I took their branding package and the work that the did with the promotion and branding of my company is nothing short of impressive. Perfect SEO perfect SMO and perfect Website design. I am currently in Japan on my vacation and the promotional campaign of my company is going full throttle online and I am now even worried about it. I am currently getting an App made for my business by these guys, and up till now i am content with the way they have working upon it. Their coordination with my team is good too. UPDATE !! My app has been finished and it works perfectly and ZERO hiccups. I am elated with the work logo design legend has put on.

On March 21 I ordered both a Logo and website design from your company. The logos were delivered in a satisfactory manner on March 27th. On April 3, I approved the initial design of the website, and also paid for 5 year hosting. It is now May 1 and my files and site have yet to be finalized. I have placed numerous calls and emails to my rep Sam Anderson and each time, I am put off "It will be a few more days" on Friday I spoke was told at 1pm (eastern) my time that the designers had left for the day and I would hear back by mid-day Monday. It is now Wednesday and still no word. On Tuesday, I attempted to private message your company on Facebook and received a response 24 hours later that this is being 'Urgently escalated" It is now Wednesday and still no response or contact. While the job done on the Logo was excellent, I would never recommend this company for website services. **Update May 8th: Was contacted on May 4th, and was told I would have demo link within 48 hours. Now Wednesday May 8th, still no demo link. Call the phone number listed on the site and always goes to a voice mail box - This company may be a scam or is just poorly run.

This has been a bad experience so far...I filled all out on Tuesday and now its Friday night and still no logos Have called them numerous times and emailed them and they said on Friday morning I needed to fill something out because they did not have my logo ideas but then found my email with it Said I would get something by 5pm Friday and still nothing AWFUL customer service Will update review when I see logos...IF I ever see them
