We had a great week staying at Casa Del Rio. The villa is well equipped, clean and modern. The owners Nina and Nathan who live near to the villa are very friendly and quick to respond to any issues. They popped by to say hello and check everything was ok on the morning after we arrived The pool and hot tub were cleaned twice by Nathan during our stay. We've already recommended the villa to friends who have booked and we'll most likely be returning too.

Casa Del Rio: We have been visiting Lanzarote for many years and have been guests at Casa Del Rio over the years and we did not think it could get any better but new owners and the most amazing ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ hosts Nina and Nathan have added another level of home from home from booking to departure it felt like we met new friends nothing is a bother the villa is absolutely immaculate inside and out. Private pool, Hot tub, all your own sun-loungers no fighting to get one, pool towels provided. Parasols, shaded soft seating and alfresco dining areas Every last detail is catered for too many to mention the villa is so well equipped and so fresh and comfortable. The welcome pack is fantastic and so kind. So even in a late arrival you can get your holiday started as soon as you arrive. We were super impressed by our hosts as we got to see the Tropicana and Lazy Days Villas all off which are superb and we look forward to visiting any of those to and guys no need to miss the sports it’s all there for you. We cannot thank you enough for making our holiday ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ so fantastic Nina and Nathan and we will be booking again as soon as we get home. Thomas & Mary X

Wow, just pure wow, the villa is amazing and the pictures do not do it justice, the host's Nina and Nathan are fantastic. It was our 1st holiday with our 3 year old grandson and it was perfect. The villa has such a homely feeling, all the things you need home from home, everything you need to know is in the welcome pack, and communication from booking was fantastic and very helpful. The welcome pack of drinks and food was perfect, especially when a late flight. Perfect touch with a clean pool and hot tub. Friendly hosts when they came for a meet and great on your first day.

Stunning villa, amazing views. It is decorated to an excellent standard with lovely modern furnishings. Excellent outdoor space with various seating areas, pool and hot tub and barbecue. Welcome pack was a lovely gesture particularly since we didn’t arrive until very late in the evening. Every detail has been thought of, makes it a fantastic and comfortable place to stay. Would highly recommend.

We stayed in Casa Tropicana for a week on our first holiday away with our little boy. Nathan and Nina were so helpful and really went out of their way to look after us and make everything so easy! There was a travel cot and high chair ready in the villa and both of these were immaculate. The villa is absolutely beautiful and everything you could need is all ready and provided. We cannot wait to come back and make some more memories. Thank you so much! X

Casa Del Rio. Myself and my husband are just back from Casa Del Rio after a 9 night stay. The villa was everything you could wish for and more. Extremely comfy, homely feeling. The kitchen had all the necessary utensils. Very clean inside and out. The pool was fantastic and kept very clean. They had two lovely shaded areas outside to get away from the sun, if needed. We have been coming now to Lanzarote for 12 years and by far this is one of the best, if not the best villa we ever stayed in. Our hosts, Nathan & Nina, were lovely from the booking of the villa and throughout our stay. We thankfully had no problems and did not need to contact them but we knew that if we did they would not hesitate to meet our needs. We loved it so much we booked before we left to return next September.

We had the most amazing stay in Casa Tropicana. The villa is stunning and has everything you need for your stay including bath and beach towels. Nina and Nathan are amazing hosts and are on the other end of the phone if we had any questions, they even booked our taxi to the airport when we were returning home. Our children loved the pool it was the highlight of there holiday having their own swimming pool. The villa is within walking distance of the old and new town the location is perfect. I would highly recommend Lanzarotesunshinevillas. We are already planning our return trip next year.

We had a brilliant time spent in a beautiful villa, Nathan and Nina were a pleasure to deal with and the villa had every thing that you could ask for, it was spotlessly clean, excellent aircon in the bedrooms, a lovely welcome pack, kitchen had all the necessary utensils that you would require and more, there was lovely outdoor furniture and covered shaded terrace to escape from the heat when necessary, we truly enjoyed ourselves and would have no hesitation in recommending Casa Del Rio to anyone and hope to return again soon.

Casa Del Rio. We’ve been coming to this particular villa over the years, with our tiny toddlers and now late teens and it just doesn’t disappoint. The new owners/hosts Nina & Nathan have made our experience even more special. The welcome pack, really good! So many nice treats in there. We bought our own speaker but there was one there, amazing. Nina & Nathan also couldn’t be more helpful when it came to recommending new restaurants and booking out return taxi!! The villas finishing touches are more quality than your usual and nothing beats that feeling of being home from home. Although now we want a hot tub 🤣 It was absolutely spotless on arrival and we honestly loved every moment of our week. We LOVE the walk into the restaurants, it’s the perfect location! Just back from a week in casa del Rio and we cannot say enough good things about this fabulous villa. From the offset it is a beautiful, inviting, comfortable and most importantly spotlessly clean home. We really did feel at home in it and so relaxed. Nina and Nathan were such lovely hosts to deal with from the initial booking until we arrived home. We luckily didn’t need anything throughout our stay but we knew they weren’t far away. The welcome basket was such a lovely treat when we landed and we really appreciated all the extra little touches even down to the portable Bluetooth speaker. Location wise there is a few shops and restaurants near by and we know the matagorda area quite well so we walked the 15 min walk most evenings to dine out. I could go on and on about how amazing this place is, there is not one thing we could fault and we will definitely be returning. Thanks again to Nina and Nathan for opening up your fantastic home.

We have stayed in several villas in Lanzarote over the years and Lazy Daze is one of the best (family of 4 adults). Clean, modern and spacious, everything there you’re likely to need. Slightly higher up in resort than we normally stay but well worth it especially for the views of the sea and mountains. Just got taxi home at end of night which was only around 5 euros. Pool and hot tub were amazing and private. Air con in lounge and main bedroom and fans in other bedrooms. Nina and Nathan were great hosts very pleasant and helpful. They returned messages quickly and welcome pack was a great addition. We had a later flight on departure day because there was no one in the villa that day so we were able to stay longer which was really helpful. Would definitely return again

Stayed at Casa Del Rio from 20/07/24 to 30/7/24. This villa is absolutely perfect in every sense. Just me and my husband came for a much needed 10 days away. The owners Nathan and Nina made sure that we had everything we could possibly need for a fantastic holiday. They were the kindest and most helpful people throughout the entire holiday. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The villa is spotlessly clean, and very well equipped. The welcome pack containing bread, milk, snacks, tea, coffee, juice and a lovely cold bottle of wine and beers in the fridge ready for us on arrival was greatly appreciated. The outdoor space is fantastic, private pool, hot tub, sun loungers and shaded areas for when it was very hot. Husband was very happy with the sports channels and the excellent air con in the bedrooms was much needed as the temperature was in the 30's for most of the holiday. Perfect location for the beach which is just a 5 minute walk away and in a great location for all the bars, shops and restaurants on the strip. We have just finished our 2 week holiday in Puerto del Carmen, where we stayed in Casa Tropicana, a hidden gem by all accounts. It was fantastic from beginning to end. From the time we enquired about booking to villa right up until our departure today, Nina and Nathan have been brilliant. The villa is beautiful, fully equipped with all the home essentials. Nina and Nathan were on hand if ever we needed them, which thankfully wasn’t much but we always knew they were just a phonecall away. We have been coming to the island for over 30 years, from children ourselves, now bringing our children, and this is by far the best experience we have ever had. So much so, we have already booked again for next year. I would recommend Lanzarote Sunshine Villas to anyone who wants an enjoyable relaxing luxury holiday with their family. Keep up the fantastic work guys.

Superb !! We stayed in the Villa Lazy Days, Puerto Del Carmen for two weeks in July / Aug 24, family of four with two teenage children. I could write lots of words, but it still be very difficult to accurately describe how fantastic the villa was, and this supported by fantastic hosts that were easily contactable for any issues or questions. The villa had literally everything you would want to make the stay as hassle free as possible (pool towels / sun beds / hot tub / AC & fans / full suite of kitchen utensils / coffee machine / full cooker / bbq / microwave / washing machine / dishwasher / shopping trolley / info pack... etc) and overall a superb experience. The villa had superb ocean views, was conveniently located for walking to the old town/harbour or main beaches / shops plus Lidl supermarket. 5* / 100% recommend

Stayed in Casa Del Rio and it was fabulous. Nina & Nathan were so easy to deal with and left us a beautiful welcome pack. They were also so accommodating we travelled with our little girl that has autism and we asked could they get us some fresh milk etc as we arrived late and not a problem anything they could do to help. The villa is spotless and so well equipped. Private but not secluded lots of hustle and bustle from the hotel across the way. Just perfect and cannot wait to return.

We are just back after 2 weeks in Casa Tropicana. Everything was super. The Villa was spotless and had everything you needed. The outdoor space was great and the pool was the perfect size. The Location is perfect, just 5 minute walk to Lidl and close to the old town and new town. Nina and Nathan were brilliant and so helpful with everything. Just back from a fantastic 10 days at villa Lazy Daze. The villa is very clean, light and airy with all the rooms a really good size. Fantastic pool and hot tub which was regularly cleaned. Great location, a relatively short walk to 3 different supermarkets and both the old and new towns. Nina and Nathan were fantastic, making sure we had everything we needed. What we didn't know that we needed, but do now, is that they provide a wheeled shopping trolley - fantastic for getting the bottles of water (and wine and beer) back to the villa. A great stay and will definitely be going back!!

Just back from an amazing week in Casa Del Rio. Fab Villa and spotlessly clean. Family of 4 with two older teenage boys and there was ample outdoor space to keep everyone happy. Plenty of room for the boys to kick a ball about, as well as a good sized pool, jacuzzi and lovely little seating areas and comfy sun loungers. Inside the Villa was perfect for the 4 of us with a en-suite bathroom and a main bathroom which both had showers. The Tv had all the Irish and Uk sports channels (and many more). The Villa is a short 10 min walk to the bottom of the strip. Taxi rank also just before the strip which we used to get a taxi to the old town and walk back. You can also walk to Matagorda by going in the opposite direction which takes around 20 min or less and has some lovely bars and restaurants. Nina and Nathan are genuine lovely people and nothing was too much trouble. They made us feel so welcome. We had a few requests and nothing was a problem or too much hassle. Lovely welcome package left for us on arrival to ensure we didn’t have to find a supermarket until the morning which is only around the corner about 300m away. Definitely hope to be back in the near future.
