Gave the deposit back without my permission, didn't complete check out inventory when instructed, no one seems to have a clue what they are doing. Utterly poor services and wouldn't want anyone to go through the stress and upset I have been through. Moved back into my home after renting it out when I rejoined the army. Trusted Redmove with property and they belittle my grievences. My fridge is trashed, my worktops are done in, mouldy carpet and dirty oven. Cracked bath panel dirt grime and hair everywhere. Avoid!

United Kingdom | 05 September 2019We have just used redmove, for the second time. The first time, we found the team to be professional , friendly and efficient. Ten years on new team, and a different story. Seemed to work more for the buyers than for us, and we are paying the bill! Seemed to just plod along , not proactive in trying to get best price for us, even suggesting us taking a substantially lower offer, thankfully we ignored them and ended up with over asking price .
