Went wrong: In the commencement you told me that my lagage will weight 2kg, you invoiced me at 2kd, I paid as agreed. But at arrival, you told me that my luggage is 5kg. This shows unproffessionalism. Please, you should be professional. Where do you think will pay this extra money.
