This was my first experience with Sex Doll Genie and overall, I considered it excellent. I wasn't getting canned responses to my emails. At all times, I felt like I was communicating with a real person that aims to satisfy the customer. My biggest fear with buying a product like this was the trustworthiness of the dealer. The BBB probably won't rate companies like this and going to law enforcement with a complaint about a sex doll company would be extremely embarrassing. I think some doll dealers know this and take advantage of people. The transaction was easy and I received the doll in flawless condition.

For the money spent, it should have been better made. The hair fell apart, nails, eyelashes, pubic hair all fell off. The head doesn't stay on and getting physical with it isn't possible. In general, all I have is an lump of silicone in a box. What a waste of money and returning it is impossible to. All they do is ignore you.

They delivered on their end of the deal, I got it on time and overall was happy with the purchase. I noticed a few small issues, asked a few questions and was basically ignored for a week. I think after the sale was done they wiped their hands of it. For the margin they make off being a vendor I kind of expect more. I would be a bit concerned if I actually had a real issue how they would respond, but in the end everything worked out just fine. Will probably look somewhere else next time though.
