RealT offers a truly innovative solution in the real estate field. Unfortunately, their website crashes too often during “wild sales” of high-yield properties (Detroit typically)... Making it hard even impossible to buy tokens, which is quite frustrating.

Realt est une société qui se cache derrière son service client uniquement disponible via le Tchat !! Ils vous vendent des tokens pour financer l'acquisition de biens immobiliers dans des villes pas toujours sexy avec des promesses de ROI à plus de 10% !!! Quand leurs locataires disparaissent ou que le bien immobilier disparaît (comme pour un incendie), vous ne touchez plus de loyers et vous n'êtes pas indemnisés pour la perte de loyers alors qu'eux, qui sont assurés grâce à votre achat de token (voir liste des frais compris dans l'acquisition d'un bien), ils vont toucher l'assurance et vous , propriétaire de tokens, rien du tout !!! C'est purement une escroquerie !!!! Ils vont soit vendre le terrain, sur lequel le bien était bâti, ou bien reconstruire dessus sous une nouvelle entité, pour noyer les pistes et puis ni vu ni connu, vous avez participé à une levée fond et vous vous retrouvez avec des tokens qui ne valent plus rien, et sans aucune rentabilité, puisque plus de loyers perçus... Belle bande d'escrocs que je vais me faire un plaisir d'attraper un de ces quatre matins...
