They work with Google to blow up Google Ads accounts. Beware! I have lodged a formal complaint with Google. I note that others state they are a scam company, but they have an @google.com email address, and are on Google's list of approved suppliers. All pretty scary. I hope others who have been scammed have managed to recover money from Google.

Scam. Claiming to be from Google, with access to advertising account - which later proved to be a lie. Called the owner of our business to report serious issues on the Google Ads account, put the marketing manager on the spot on a Friday evening, when there were no problems to note. Do not entertain a conversation with anyone from this company, it is fake.

DISGUSTING SCAMMERS. PRETENDED TO BE FROM GOOGLE AND INSISTED i LIFT THE BUDGET LIMITS ON MY ACCOUNT AND APPLIED A STRATEGY WHICH WOULD NEVER DO WHAT THEY CLAIMED IT WOULD THEN DENIED DOING THAT. LOSYT ME £10K IN 2 WEEKS.

You are the worst company known to man. Why do your "Google Account Strategists" insist on calling and calling and calling. It is harassment. Do you know how to conduct business. I am going to post on all your social accounts and posts until you stop and leave me alone!!!

Regalix are clever, they run software on Ad Accounts that predicts when things might be in need of attention, then they place their timely call and sell you their stuff. However use these calls to your advantage, straight after a call about a specific account check it out and give it a little TLC. that's all that is needed. And always get the Regalix guy to email you... never make time for them on the phone. Best part, despite 12 1star rated reviews, Trustpilot have given this company a 2 star rating - what's going on?

Its amazing that every time i speak to a "Google Account Manager" I end up spending more money on Ads ! Now I get it, they have no interest in your business at all, just raising revenue. I've now suspended my ads completely

Regalix is a bully scam. They will continue to call and harass you in broken English for access to your Google ad accounts. DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY INFORMATION. Hang up the second "I work for Google Ads" nobody from google will actually cold call you. Be safe out there everyone!

We've opted out of Google Adwords sales emails but "Regalix Supporting Google" emails have started coming through over the past few week. This is breaking GDPR Law. We have reported to the ICO.

Mohammed called our business claiming to be from Google. Took over our Google Adwords campaign and scammed us by redirecting ALL our business to another number by cloning our telephone number. We realized almost 2 weeks later when the online business had pretty much died. In the midst of sorting these scammers out. IF ANYONE CALLS YOU CLAIMING TO BE FROM GOOGLE - CHECK AND RECHECK AND THEN CHECK AGAIN!!!!!!

I just had one of them calling me 4 times on my office number, 3 times on my cell phone, named Muhamed or something like that, stating that is from Google. We are partnering with Google and the guy could hardly speak English. I tried to explain to him to make an appointment but his phone line had so much latency that we has keep talking without even listening to me. What a mess.

Keep spamming us with a poorly written email pretending to be Google when they clearly are not. We run our own Google campaigns for our clients and if needed we speak to the Real Google, not these 3rd party imposters. Asked yet again for them to stop spamming us and the response was laughably "they will go direct to our clients". Good luck with that one as our clients have been warned about them. Avoid as per all the other proper reviews

making out like they are from google trying to trick people into engaging on a call. Couldn't provide me with any simple information such as my name or email if they had been given my details by google they should have more than the info anyone can find out online by clicking my google ads and costing me money.

Horrible experience with this company, every time I get my campaigns working they have contacted me offering assistance and their advice has been wrong and has caused major overspend. They also claim to be google and are not transparent at being a third party.

Pretending to be google when they call instead of a third party. Also were not offering good advise as they did not understand our business.

They are clearly misrepresenting themselves when they call people and say they are Google. This company is scamming people on behalf of Google. Bad service, untrained staff, and I m pretty sure it is illegal in almost all countries to present yourself as another company. Scammers stay away and do ask every time every google call you get if they are from Google or they are from another company; They are absolutely horrible.
