An excellent service. The website is thorough and easy to navigate for those, like myself, without great IT skills. Selection of coins is straightforward with a good search function for specific coins. A member of staff was always available for questions. The product was in superb condition and matched the description in quality very accurately. Delivery was very prompt as soon as the coin was available and I was forewarned by email of its delivery date. A great experience.

The actual coins I received were packaged to protect them and quality of goods was excellent. On the downside my parcel was supposed to be delivered by 01.00pm, it actually arrived at 03.10pm. Your advice is to check the parcel prior to signing for acceptance and to ensure the package has not been damaged or interfered with. I was unable to do this as the parcel was posted directly through the letter box without my signature on receipt. By the time I realised it was there the deliverer had gone. Not great service from the post office at a cost of £6. I did contact the post office expressing my concerns but, surprisingly, have heard nothing back.

As a first time customer I was a little nervous about sending a reasonably large amout of money to a company online that I had never dealt with but I need not have worried. I found it to be a very easy and efficient service.

Hello Dr.Phil here (not Am one....Irish/ British one instead)......This Company is 6 star...I have bought from most UK dealers and sold to 2! Chards is professional, efficient, extremely friendly....I took it upon myself to go see them recently.....sure had its challenges with the M6 closure! As per example you can buy a Krugerrand for just shy of spot today and they will buy it back just shy of 3% That's beyond fair! Most dealers spread is around 10%...some slightly less...some more and I've been sold fakes from the Jewellery Q B18 but now B5. I trust Chards....would not expect to buy/sell elsewhere..Well done Chards team!
