They are good at responding, which is why they get 2 stars instead of 1. However, they do not deliver what is promised and do so in bad time. A lot of misunderstanding. A 1 week turnaround turns into 5 weeks of waiting. Maybe they need to hire more staff to keep up so there is greater personalised attention.

An interesting 3-month journey with Webexperio "Conference Package". I wrote this review initially in hope that they honor their word around the "100% Money Back Guarantee on all its design services" Update Nov 5th 2020: The team is working on getting the website complete in two weeks. My other option is a partial refund. Update Nov 17th 2020: Jeff kindly offered a full refund given the circumstances (delivered in 3 installments). Thank you very much.

Great service from start to finish from Web Experio. I didn’t know what I wanted as a logo at all to start off with so they came up with some designs and went from there. Three stages later everything was done and I was over the moon with the results. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend and go back to them for future work.

I was Skeptic after seeing a negative comment and then they took 60 days instead of 40 but they delivered a project which was worth alot more than that. In my years i have not experienced such a wonderful service. There was a mis-understanding from my end and still they gave me a full refund and when i went back to them saying that i misunderstood they literally took care of the project again, did not over charge a bit and gave me a website even better than i had ever expected. Highly recommend them.

I am starting a business, and I wanted a design company to make my website, I needed a configurator for my clients to configure their computer. I figured Experio Design was the best to go with but still had doubts, but after a while, the prices were concerning, and I was going to go with a freelancer from Fiverr, but then, I took a chance with Webexperio, and it was worth it. I'd highly recommend their services to anyone looking for a great looking site, with no risks. Also, I'd like to thank Jeff Williams and Mike who were my project managers, for making such a wonderful website right according to my requirement.

Do not use them to build an e-commerce website. Every time I would ask them to fix something three days later the same thing wouldn’t be fixed Time management is not a strong point so if you need something done on time do not count on them. Also you can check out the website they made for me it’s not functional so please don’t expect someone to get back to you 2ndappinion.com Update I ended talking to Thomas and since I wasn’t happy with the website he offered me a refund on the website portion the videos I had made were fine I am giving them until Wednesday to fix the website if it’s not fixed I will take the refund. I will update on Wednesday.
