He went over and above making sure my profile and Microsoft accounts were all set up properly and also showed me some of the basic functions of the computer. For the laptop and the set up I paid almost the same as I would’ve if I’d bought on Amazon. Highly recommend, thanks.

It’s been an incredibly testing time trying to pivot our business online but the support we’ve had from Richard and the helpdesk team has been phenomenal – they’ve been at the end of the phone/email non-stop and have also attended the empty office sites to deal with server issues with minimal notice, making sure there’s been limited downtime for us and our teams. United Kingdom | 30 March 2021Having spent several hours trying to do the apparently simple task of removing an email account from outlook, I decided to give in and hand over to an expert. Less than half an hour after my call a very friendly and calm engineer logged on to my PC and, one cup of coffee later, said expert had resolved it. Having watched what they were doing I can safely say I wouldn’t have got there in a month of Sundays! Just wish I had arranged support earlier and saved myself all of those wasted billable hours. Worth every penny and a weight off my mind. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.
