I have asked for a refund, but they say it's impossible, which makes their Terms&Conditions and Refunds and Returns Policy irrelevant. Offshore Pro has been around for many years and have been able to get 2 bank accounts open for my personal consulting company during the covid crisis which I think speaks highly of them. I had a problem with a Chinese UnionPay prepaid card I bought from them as it didn't work for my family in Venezuela as it was supposed to. I later found out that UnionPay UnionPay cards do not work in Venezuela, they should have told me that in advance. However they issued a full refund.
