I love the brand and the clothes are beautiful and with really good quality, but the experience buying is not the best... When you move the currency from pounds to euros the price automatically increases like a 20% (not in line with the current exchange rate). Additionally, it takes a lot of time for the items to be shipped and arrive (my last order was made 10 days ago and it seems it hasn't left the UK yet...).

Typically have purchased before and the products have been nice enough. It's a lot of money for sizes which don't match up as they come up so much smaller and the quality could be WAY better

Great quality. Arrived within 5 days. I will buy again from them . I did size up one size - usually a 4 , did a 6 and it fit perfectly. I used the chart they provide and it was very helpful.

I forgot to try on a dress until after it was past the return date and the dress unfortunately didn’t fit. NFD were kind enough to return the dress for the size that fitted me past the return date. I’m always happy with the quality of products and the speed with which they arrive. Great company and great ethos and customer service.

Always been very good in past but I’m very disappointed at the moment. My partner sent a my Xmas prezzie parcel back before Christmas and we are still waiting for £118.00 refund! I spoke to them on the 31st December and was told a voucher would be sent to him via email within 5-10 working days from that date. It’s now 15th of Jan and it didn’t arrive today. Then I bought the same dress and bag in a different size for an occasion with next day delivery (£5.95) and it came 3 days later too late for my ‘hen do’. They refunded the delivery charge but I have yet to see that. Yesterday I returned the stuff that arrived too late so let’s hope I get a refund for that one within the 5-10 working days they promise. Thanks for your response below but if you look back at the chats you will see that on 1st January Ruby told me you had received my return on 27th December. We got the refund today (16th Jan) just before your reply on here. This won’t stop me using NFD as I love the products, I just think perhaps refunds could be processed a little more quickly. I have another return pending so let’s hope that one isn’t a couple of weeks too. Other companies often say a few days but refunds come within 4-5 days so it can be done.

The delivery for return should have. Web stipulated at the start of the transaction it is misleading for customers and unfair to expect an £80 worth a product requires a customer to pay to be returned.

Great website. Good quality products, but sizing difficult re:dresses online- often needing returns from new customers? That returns process is more complex than with other brands eg Reiss which uses Next as a channel, but it helps that NFD offer a 7% bonus to customers accepting an exchange rather than refund.
