I bought the ‘Vegan Leather’ (pvc) skirt, it fitted well but was heavily creased from packing. I removed the tags and hung it up to get rid of the creases. I’ve had better (and less expensive) items where creases fall out of this material. 2 weeks later it was still creased. NFD told me to try ironing it with fabric to protect it (ironing not advised on care label) that also didn’t work. I’ve washed it now, and it’s still creased. £99, not worn, and I doubt I’ll get much for it on Vinted as it looks a right state. NFD say they won’t do anything to make up for my disappointment since I removed the tags “as this is confirmation that you was happy” they said.

Still awaiting refund on the jumper I returned. Description says "runs big" and shows a model in a baggy sweater falling off her shoulder. I am size 12-14 so am reluctant to order the "14-16" if it runs big and I can see it's a loose fit anyway. It arrives and is so small I can barely get into it. So I returned it (still awaiting that refund) and ordered the so-called "14-16" instead, paying extra because I wanted it quickly. Hm, this one is OK but still not big enough to be off the shoulder. So, when it says "runs big", as many of their descriptions do, just ignore that.
