They also gave me competitive pricing quotes on par with other large competitor retailers. They were professional, kind and prompt with delivery, and I had my new parts days later. Honestly cannot recommend them enough. Great to see family run computer business offering quality and services on par with leading players.

I have not got enough praise for Richard and the staff at The Computer Guy, I have had my laptop to him with the same problem 3 times in 3 weeks. The last time was yesterday, I could not believe how blessed I was today when I went to pick up my laptop, he couldn't find the problem on my old laptop so he upgraded me to a refurbished laptop at NO CHARGE.
