United States | 22 April 2023This company continually posts phony reviews. All the 5 star reviews are posted by the owner using fictitious names. How does a company have only 1 star and 5 star reviews ? The owner is a flat out crook, always has been. The have no ASE certified mechanics, NONE. Ask any Vail Valley local , and always get a second opinion on anything they tell you. They especially like to prey on women. They tell EVERYONE they need brakes and rotors. Trust the one star reviews ,and check the BBB website. They have a D- rating. You’ve been warned.

United States | 30 July 2022I was taken advantage of. Last experience I had to return twice because my valve stem was not placed right. This time I reluctantly went to them. Paid for some tires. Found a way cheaper place in Glenwood springs asked for my money back and was told I had to pay a restocking fee 75$ ! It’s Friday morning the tires are not Loaded onto the deliver truck till Monday! The owner refused to refund my money! School is about to start and I could use that extra money for school clothes for my two daughters. I’m a single dad and Money is tight. Dam you action Jackson for not helping the little hard working single dad! Karma will come knocking! I strongly discourage business with Action Jackson…. Very greedy business ethics!!!

United States | 01 July 2022Beware! Told me I needed new brakes and rotors for $1800! I checked with the dealer who laughed and said nothing was needed. Plus they charged me over $100 for this bad advice without telling me in advance. I asked for a refund twice and they ghosted me.

United States | 17 February 2022I can’t even rate this piece of crap. He knew my son was stranded with a bad alternator and being 1500 miles from home. Charged him almost 1500 dollars to replace it. What a joke. This guy needs to be in jail, not car repair. What a rip off. Do not take your car here unless your just wanting to take it up the rear. Action Jackson is right

United States | 23 November 2021******BUYER BEWARE****** Took my Porsche to them to fix the leveling system. Compressor was bad and they tried to pull a scam putting a used pump in and couldn’t fix it. Took it to Porsche dealer in Denver and they pulled the pump out, put a new one in, and the issue was resolved. Gave me the old pump and showed me the serial number telling me it was an old pump, not new, yet AJ charged me almost $4K for a new pump. Demanded refund and Ross (owner) said no, so now I’m prepared for litigation. With all the bad faith this company continues to demonstrate, there should be a class action suit.

United States | 25 September 2021Best of intentions but overreached on their capacity. I have a reproduction of a classic, not having the newer technology which can utilize computerized equipment to diagnose issues. They "tried to figure it out" with me bringing the car back 3 times but unsuccessful. Could have saved some credibility and been a trusted resource by recommending a shop which did have the knowledge, capacity and equipment to take care of me. I did find that shop and my car is now running great. If Action Jackson will ask me, I will gladly tell them who that is so they can forward to others in the future. People will really appreciate it.

United States | 04 September 2021Action Jackson has a nice staff, but they are simply not qualified to service high dollar cars. But they are getting my low rating because they falsely claim they are certified in virtually all European car manufacturers-they are certified in NONE-I’m writing because they were unwilling to correct their mistake by installing the wrong parts in my car. They did refund my money for the incorrect part they installed, but refused to pay my out-of-pocket expenses to pay for the job to be done right. Contrary to the “certificates” of certification they display in their office from multiple European auto companies, they are simply not certified and completely over their heads with regard to servicing imported cars. Really sorry I ever went there.

United States | 04 February 2021Terrible shop. Liars, cheaters, incompetent mechanics. Do not go here. They will rip you off.

United States | 29 January 2021Absolutely terrible service. They claimed our car would be done in 1 day, it took a full week. The estimate was 900, the actual cost ended up being 2,100! It took almost 2 months for them to actually order the paint that they needed.

United States | 06 November 2020Let me respond to response from Action Jackson on my review. I called them incompetent- let me amend that. Based upon their response I now label them as untruthful (I hate calling people liars). Here are the facts: Action Jackson NEVER advised me of a control arm issue- NEVER! In fact, I’ve never even heard of that part of an auto until retirement to Atlanta on a harrowing 1500 drive home with front end vibration making me wonder if I would make it! No phone call or voicemail ever from them. And think about this: I have. $100,000 auto and agreed to repairs Action Jackson to the tune of $2400 but wanted to “save money” by foregoing a $500 repair of control arm! Seriously! Bottom line: they were unable to diagnose an obvious problem that any competent repair shop would have discovered immediately. I was specifically told by Action Jackson that new calipers would fix my problem- it did not. I took the car back a week later and said problem still existed. After 2 hours of inspection and testing drive they say “no problem”! So make your own decisions but I’m telling you these guys are not be trusted. Their correct response should have been “you needed calipers and we replaced those”; so sorry that we missed the control arm issue”. Instead they now state they told and advised me of that and that I declined in order to @save money”. That is simply not true: I was not advised of such and I never received a follow up phone call. Again, you have been warned so buyer beware!
