My car was parked under a tree for 2yrs and covered in sap etc. I was recommended D+E tailing and used them to get a full valet. I could not be happier. The car is the best it’s ever been and Dave brought the paint back to life perfectly with a beautiful shine. I would 100% recommend their services. We bought a fun MX5 in August and were very pleased with it; shiny black with all sorts of upgrades. Over the next couple of weeks, we noticed a few small issues, squeaky suspension being the most obvious, so we took it down to our pet MOT+Tyres garage to have a look. On the ramp we found that the drop link bushes on the anti-roll bars were shot, and the chassis showed all the wear an 11 year car should have. Happily we knew Auto DEtailing in Newbury so we booked the car in for a Lanoguard and full detailing. David is in charge of the detailing and Ed the Lanoguard. Over their pit we had a closer look at the underside; nothing rotten but everything in need of attention. After a thorough wash the monocoque was treated with Nitromors to stabilise the metal, then the Lanoguard applied. While it was curing David started the three part washing process. When the MX5 was done we couldn't believe how shiny black it got, but then we found out that was only Part 1! A complete clay brick treatment took microscopic particles out of the paint, then a buffer polish, and finally a ceramic wax treatment and we genuinely couldn't believe how the car looked, and felt. I felt like Ford Prefect [HHGTTG] "it's so BLACK - light just simply falls into it!". But even that wasn't everything; when DE says "detail" they mean it. Every little thing they found along the way was tweaked; a loose front air splitter was properly reattached, the Mazda wheel inserts were cleaned inside and out, and all the rubber seals treated with a special sealer. There was NOTHING they didn't do, and everything done to perfection. We'll be taking our other two cars for the same treatment soon, and annually to keep them all in top condition. We can't recommend Auto DEtailing highly enough; the only reason we've given them 5* is because we can't give them *******

What can I say, absolutely incredible service from Ed and David, they treated my Land Rover like it was their own, I felt like I had booked it in for a spa treatment, they really went the extra mile and nothing was too much trouble for them, my Land Rover was in the best hands possible. Ed even went the extra mile and found a near by body shop at short notice to rub down and re spray the bumper, that he then refitted. Absolute legends, very good value for the level of service, I was kept up to date at all times, communication was fantastic, I will be back.

Once again, Auto DEtailing has done an incredible on my Volvo. It was in a really bad shape and just been neglected. Guys brought it back to it's form of glory and it truly sparkles once again. When I picked the car up it was in showroom condition. Thanks chaps, Dom.

I took my Daihatsu Fourtrak to Ed for application of Lanoguard underbody rust prevention treatment. Both he and his brother David set about the work. David dealing with the cleaning side first and Ed then applying the Lanoguard. I was kept fully informed of progress with photos and then both walked me around the truck to show me what they had done when i went to collect it. They treated it like it was their own and even topped up the coolant!. These brothers both have meticulous attention to detail and passion for doing things properly. They are professional, polite and honest. A rare breed these days.

David did a wonderful job, it was a tip in my daughter’s car , now I feel I could eat dinner off the seats - his attention to detail is second to none. If you want a good attentive job the Schofield brothers are the absolute best!

I had my car valeted inside and out by Auto DEtailing & valeting and could not believe the results when I went to collect it, my car looked brand new, in fact, I have never seen my car look so good since the day I brought it, the attention to detail in the workmanship is by far the best within any valeting service I have ever used, ... The outside body of my car had many surface scratches, but once this company had finished with it there wasn't a blemish on the paint work, to say I was pleased with the end result would be an understatement, I would Highly Recommend Auto DEtailing & Valeting if it,s a first class job your after.

After many years of wanting one I bought my self an a4 cabriolet in black, I put a lot of effort into cleaning and trying to bring it back to life only to be defeated by the roof and other parts, having helped valet in the past I’m fairly handy, but I lost the love for the car in the end after trying everything to restore the roof. Then I met David, after agreeing to just do restore the roof I left thinking it would be impossible, but boy was I wrong. I joked with him on collection asking if he replaced it with a new one, it genuinely looked as new as the day it was made making me fall back in love with the car again. I did notice that he had also cleaned the car even though this wasn’t part of the deal but David being David couldn’t just leave it as it was, I asked if it was a special polish as it looked better than ever, but he told me he manage to get the swirl marks out that were in there, I didn’t even think there were any but looking as good as it did he definitely knows his stuff and just goes to show what an experienced guy he truly is, and his eye to detail is second to non. I am so happy I’ll be inquiring to have the full works done on my car followed by my partners. I cannot recommend this man enough, and he is a delight to deal with, it’s been a pleasure to have the work done by him and his knowledge on cars is amazing.
