Definitely doesn’t live up to the hype on social media. I power hose my patios and decking each year and get a much better result. It’s taken three goes to get a patchwork result on some of my patio (which takes a bottle each time). Avoid the product and stick to your powerwasher!

Well so so hoping as per the video this would work, but unfortunately on our patio tiles it didn't work as well, so had to get the pressure washer out to wash of the tiles, I can see the monty miracle help lossen the moss, black spots etc, maybe the old tiles were to old and will work better for others like a lot of the reviews.

Fantastic product. Does exactly what it says on the tin. Just spray, 10 minutes later wash off. Done!

bought 2 cases of this, complete waste of time, does not get rid of blackspots, disappointing results, repeated twice, even emailed the company to give them a chance to rectify.. did not even have the courtesy of a reply. NO MIRACLES HERE.... AVOID! I was contacted by the supplier after this review who kindly sent me a further 2 x 5ltr of this product, I covered my patio area lavishly and left it overnight.... did it make a difference, yes it did looks a lot cleaner but have to stick with 3 stars as I still have plenty of black marks , is it worth it.mmmmm on the fence ... would I buy it again.... probably not.

Amazing product! Beats back breaking jet washing & just as satisfying as you can see the difference as you work really quickly. Wish I found this years ago! Give it a try as you won’t be disappointed.

had high hopes for this product, however I am disappointed. Have tried loads of different products none of which have worked. This is slightly better, but nothing like the results seen online. Using on grey stone patio. The surface dirt has gone but black spots and green algae still remain. 2 applications and still looks bad. Either I am doing something wrong or stones are too bad to recover look.

Very good at general cleaning slabs. After three attempts of removing black spots they were still visible.

I was really disheartened and doubting our choice of Indian sandstone after 6 years of having and sealing every autumn we could no longer keep on top of the black mould. Sadly the area we placed it very rarely got sun and was always damp during autumn/winter months, so ideal conditions for back mould to thrive. As a last resort before changing the stone I googles for help and cam across Montys!. So pleased I did, not only have they saved us a fortune, they have also restored my faith in products claiming to do what they say!. Our sandstone is virtually like new after one application and once again I'm in love with it! Thank you

Was very pleased with the result, only thing I would say. If it is very hot weather, when wet the paving it dries too quickly. Use on cooler day.

It saved me hours and hours of pressure washing and, of course, you are dubious about such claims but rest assured it does what it says on the tin! It is an incredible product and I would definitely recommend Monty Cleaner and Monty Patio Sealer after the cleaning process. My patio is a large area and 15 years old and now looks like new again.

It is great stuff it works well for my patio garage and greenhouse as well as my footpaths. Since starting using this ( 16 containers ) I introduced this to my friends and they like it to as it does what this company says it does

Our patio has been totally rejuvenated! We had a heavy infestation of black spot but Montys Miracle has virtually eradicated it. The colour has finally come back to slabs too! It was so quick and easy to use we were able to clean off and rejoint the patio in one day! We will definitely be using this product again.
