This is a terrible "clinic" whose results have been affecting my quality of life for over a year now. Unqualified specialists ruined my donor area, deceived me with the number of grafts, and the worst thing is they planted my hair on my temples! A completely different hair structure, which looks in different directions! It looks very strange! And on top they planted very thin hair! These are scammers, I categorically do not recommend it!

Waited a little while to write this to give an accurate assessment of hair transplant carried out on 30.01/2024 and I would not recommend at all. From the start I should have been sceptical - I booked in with no issues ( of course) then when I asked what surgeon I would be having my operation they came back with a generic answer - ie surgeon for straight hair, surgeon for afro hair etc etc. I wanted to know exactly what surgeon was doing my operation however I kept getting told I would know on the day. In hindsight, this is really un expectable because I wanted to carry out research on who was exactly going to complete my procedure. I had 2300 grafts to lower my forehead ( I was never loosing my hairline just wanted a lower hairline) I have very thick hair and it’s nearly 8 months gone, the transplanted hair is very sparse and doesn’t match my hair that’s already on my head at all. Furthermore, the surgeons carrying out operations all seem very young so experience may be a big factor in the techniques that are used. When liaising with their co ordinator on WhatsApp I was palmed off with their so called *guarantee* that the guarantee is for the number of grafts rather the thickness of the follicle. I didn’t even ask about the guarantee just that I'm not happy with the results so far, co ordinator went on the defensive. Another issue was when in the studio for the operation, I and my brother asked not to be featured on social media and specifically crossed this out within the contact with date and signature next to the paragraph. However only to be told by someone that they seen me on a video reel on on their ig through explore section. I messaged them and they did take it down but just goes to show how much they value discretion. Not sure why they would think I care about their guarantee and go back to a company which didn’t do a good job in the first place. If I could give 0 I would but 1 is a minimum on here

Das schrecklichste unerfahrenste Klinik überhaupt. Die Ärzte sind überhaupt nicht erfahren und keine gut ausgebildete Ärzte. Bei denen geht es nur um Geld und Fuscharbeit . Für die Klinik ist Menschenleben egal was nach der Operation für Komplikationen passieren ,immer haben sie eine ausrede um die Zeit zu verzögern und es dann zu spät zu allem ist .Die klären einen überhaupt nicht auf spren an Material es sind Ärzte die nicht eigentlich Ärzte sind.

Ich war vor einem Jahr in dieser Klinik ,Es sind nur Ängste, sie arbeiten nicht steril, Handschuhe desinfizieren sie nicht, Werden verband wächsel , wühlen mit den Mühl, mit gleichen Handschuhe , ohne Desinfektion, machen das Arbeite weiter. Für Bruststraffung bezahlte ich geld ,aber als die Schwellungen bereits zurück waren stellte sich heraus dass die Straffungen nicht statt fand, entfernten viel zu viel Haut beim Oberschenkel Straffung , Bein ist jetzt uneben . Am po Straffung seitlich zuviel haut wurde abgeschnittenen ich könnte mich lange Zeit nicht richtig hinsetzen ganze haut hat gespannt mit dem Zeit natürlich gerissen. Schreckliche Narben geworden, die Lymphknoten bei OP wurden beschädigt, ich musste in Deutschland noch Geld bezahlen um Serum in mein Bein zu abpumpen zu lassen.Ein Jahr später sind meine Beine immer noch nicht ganz erholt . Die Ärzte geweigert sich die Korrektur durchzuführen, weil diese Arzt Nicht mehr in diese Klinik mehr arbeiten angeblich?Ein anderer Arzt möchte die Korrektur nicht ohne Gebühr wiederholen lassen. Ich empfehle diese Klinik niemandem weiter Die Ärzte wechsel sich , sie wollen nur das Geld und die Gesundheit des Patienten spielt keine Rolle . Wenn die auch kostenlos Korrektur Durchführen würden würde ich nicht machen. schlechte Erfahrung und Erinnerung viel Angst, Depressionen, und Albträume, ich möchte alle einfach hier waren damit die dieses Klinik bin nicht betreten,Ich bin nicht die einzige, noch eine Person die ich kenne hat noch schlimmere Erfahrungen in diese Klinik gemacht

J'ai eu une greffe de cheveux le 15 avril 2023 au Estethica Levent. Ils m'ont menti ! Ils ont utilisé une technique qui n’était pas celle sur laquelle nous nous étions mis d’accord ! Je ne sais pas qui commande là-bas, pourquoi sa méthode est frauduleuse ! Au bout d'un mois, j'ai retrouvé ma zone sensible où les cheveux ne sortaient pas ! Il y a vraiment un massacre dans ma tête ! Je les ai appelés et ils n'arrêtaient pas de me demander d'attendre un an pour que les résultats apparaissent, et maintenant après presque un an, je souffre d'une apparence poilue, de grandes zones dans la zone donneuse où il n'y a pas de cheveux ! Je les appelle à plusieurs reprises, mais ils m'échappent. Je vais prendre des mesures légales et je n'ai pas renoncé à mon droit. Méfiez-vous des gens, ne soyez pas tenté de leur parler au début. Ils mentent et se changent après l'opération de transplantation. Ils transformez-vous en gens avides et en fraudeurs !

Now, in addition to the fact that I have a large forehead, I have the problem of baldness. In addition, the hair was transplanted in a very unnatural way and the forehead line is ugly in a male type (I’m a woman), besides, the hair was transplanted at a strange angle and now it just sticks up - this definitely shouldn’t happen in women, and most likely in men too. Before the operation, the doctor only drew a line of hair for transplantation, but did not look at my hair under a microscope or in any other way. The operation was performed by very young assistants, who were either nurses or students. Recently I visited another trichologist in my country and it turned out that my donor area was ruined and at the same time I need a second hair transplant to hide my baldness. I was very alarmed then that more than half of my head was shaved off for 2300 grafts, although I had no problems with baldness. This was motivated by the fact that “at least there will be a fashionable hairstyle.” But then I decided that these were specialists and they knew better how to do it correctly. This makes me very upset because it is not the most pleasant procedure with recovery, especially for a woman with long hair, and is also quite expensive. If someone can say that the hair has not taken root, then I would agree if it was only in a certain area, and not everywhere, and at the same time you can see the same large distance between each hair. 2. Rhinoplasty. My request was to reduce the size of my nose, but in fact they simply changed its shape, but the size remained the same. In addition, I still have problems breathing, from time to time he simply does not breathe, although this has never happened before. But I'm grateful that it didn't get worse than it was. However, my desire remained a desire. In addition, as you know, repeat rhinoplasty is much more difficult and dangerous to health. Therefore, I will remain with a running nose and will forever forget about being able to reduce it. Someone may say that it was necessary to better discuss the change in the nose with the doctor, but right before the operation it turned out that all that could be done was to cut off the bone and that’s it. In response to my objection that I was not satisfied with this, they told me that the doctor was a professional and everything will be just great. Conclusion: I would not recommend doing any operations in this clinic. It is better to look for other options, yes, you will probably spend more time searching for the best clinic, but then you will not have to deal with the consequences and solve them. And also do not forget that after you pay everything, you will be alone in dealing with complications after the operation, especially if you are not from Turkey. I was also very surprised that the clinic does not automatically issue receipts for payment, an agreement for the provision of services, or a doctor’s report on the operation performed. Therefore, I had to beg for all this and remind them so that they would not forget. I regret that I spent my energy, time and money on this. It wasn't easy, and the recovery process was even worse.

All okey three months ago did it

Ich wurde im Dezember 23 im Estethica Hospital Levent, vom Chefarzt Dr. Murat Emsen operiert. Es wurde eine Unterliedstraffung und eine Entfernung des Doppelkinns incl. Fettabsaugung im Kinn Bereich samt Hals- Nackenstraffung besprochen bzw. durchgeführt. Risiken der OP wurde nicht bekannt gegeben, es wäre auch noch nie zu Schwierigkeiten gekommen so Burcin Özgün auf Nachfrage von mir. Das Ergebnis nach der OP: Die Augenlieder sind nach außen geklappt, ein sogenanntes Ektropium - kein Lidschluß mehr möglich, die Schnittführung unter den Augen ist nicht gleichmäßig Symmetrisch ausgeführt worden. Lt Burcin dass das eine Auge mehr Tränensack hatte als das andere?! Es wurde zudem Zuviel Fettgewebe unter den Augen entfernt so das es zu Hohlaugen geführt hat. Am rechten Auge ist zu tief geschnitten worden das kein Lymphfluß mehr möglich ist und die Schwellung selbst nach 6 Wochen noch vorhanden ist. Die Nähte an den Ohren sind gekräuselt und das Kinn sieht nicht gut aus, zudem fand die vereinbarte Fettabsaugung im Kinn Bereich nicht statt. Auch hat das wochenlange Tragen des Stretchverbandes keine Auswirkungen auf das Ergebnis gehabt. Beim ersten Wechsel des Verbands kurz vor Abflug hat sich gezeigt, dass es zu erheblichen Einblutungen am linken Hals gekommen ist. Der Arzt, die OP sei gut verlaufen, keine Auffälligkeiten. Die anschließende Kommunikation über Fr Özgün, war noch vorhanden solange ich den Kontakt gesucht habe,der nun aber nach einem längere Telefonat nicht mehr gegeben ist. In diesem Telefonat machte ich auf die Komplikationen aufmerksam. Immer wieder 2 Wochen warten, es sei noch geschwollen dann wird alles gut. Auf das Ektropium ging Sie gar nicht wirklich ein, die Tränensäcke seien doch weg und es sieht gut aus?! Wie bitte? Ich habe mittlerweile 3 Ärzte aufgesucht, die Augenlieder müssen korrigiert werden, mögliche Transplantation von Haut um die Überstraffung der unteren Augenlieder rückgängig zu machen, die Narben an den Ohren und Kinn müssen korrigiert werden. Ein Ästhetisches Ergebnis der Augen sei nicht mehr möglich es ginge lediglich nur noch darum die Funktion der Augen wieder herzustellen, so die Fachärzte vor Ort. Ich bin entstellt und bereue den Schritt zutiefst mich dem Kreis um Burcin anvertraut zu haben. Dieses war u.a. Thema in dem Telefonat mit Burcin, auch das ich mit dem Arzt und dem Leiter der Krankenhauses sprechen möchte um weitere Schritte / Lösungen zu besprechen. Burcin´s Aussage, Sie vertraue deutschen Ärzten nicht, die Türkischen seien viel besser und die Leitung des Krankenhauses habe keine Zeit mit mir zu sprechen, ggf der Arzt, dieses Gespräch hat nie stattgefunden. Deren Versicherung würde nichts übernehmen auch keine Beteiligung an den Rekonstruktionskosten (ggf € 10k). Ich habe einen Arztbericht eines Plastischen Chirurgen eingereicht der die Probleme beschreibt. Es gäbe eine Garantie und es könnte vor Ort behoben werden. Als ich entgegnete das ich das Vertrauen verloren habe, "konterte" Burcin - kann Sie verstehen?! Zudem soll ich jetzt erst einmal 6 Monate abwarten. In den letzten Tagen habe ich mehrfach versucht Kontakt aufzunehmen - nicht mehr möglich - auch wurde um Rückruf gebeten, der nicht erfolgte. @estethica Und bitte keine Antwort unter der Bewertung - dieser Patient ist nicht bekannt oder nehmen Sie bitte Kontakt zu uns auf unter folgender Rufnummer +90 549 784 36 32... Sie haben meine Kontaktdaten Nachtrag nach der 0815 Antwort von Estethica: Sie haben fast täglich Fotos nach der OP erhalten incl der Komplikationen - es handelt sich nicht um ein Ödem oder ähnliches was Sie ja auch dem zugesandten Arztbrief entnehmen können. Zudem sehen Sie ja mehr als deutlich u.a. unter den Google Rezensionen "Deich Kind" die Fotos der genannten Komplikationen. Die Äußerungen von Ihnen "nach detaillierter Prüfung und Vergleich der Vorher-Nachher-Fotos konnten keine Unregelmäßigkeiten festgestellt werden." ist so nicht richtig da Sie ja wie bereits geschrieben, am Anfang, täglich Fotos der Komplikationen erhalten haben. Ich weiß nicht welche Fotos Sie sich angesehen haben, es werden nicht die Meinigen gewesen sein. Auch das Sie eine offene Kommunikation wünschen ist ja lobenswert, wann wollen Sie denn damit anfangen? Gerade wenn es zu Komplikationen kommt sollte doch von Ihrer Seite aus die Kommunikation gesucht werden?! Kontakt kommt nur widerwillig und unzureichend zustande wenn ich diese zu euch suche. Auch anhand dieses Sachverhaltes lassen sich Rückschlüsse über die Professionalität und Qualität Ihres Hauses schließen.

I had a hair transplant at Estethica. Initially, when I went there, the overseeing doctor did not speak English, so an interpreter was needed. I was informed that a highly qualified nurse would carry out the procedure under the doctor’s supervision. However, during the surgery, I encountered three nurses who seemed unsure of what they were doing. The doctor, who was supposed to provide supervision, entered the room only twice for a total of 15 minutes.They had taken 3000 grafts from my donor to be used on temples ( a very small area), leaving many unused grafts that were later disposed of. Now, I have a depleted donor area and a thin hairline. I strongly do not recommend their services; you’ll pay the consequences I can’t tweak the dates but I has been almost 2 years since I’ve been here

And I can highly recommend them with confidence for their professional service, hospitality, and experience. Now three months out of the surgery I'm pretty satisfied with the results and can assure that their advice and medical experience in this domain is world classe. Aslan Göcmen operieren lassen ( Bauch und Bruststraffung mit Implantaten) mit meinen Ergebniss bin ich mega zufrieden. Alles verlief wunderbar.
