Absolutely brilliant I've had a few fully loaded melts from Charlotte and they are always amazing. As soon as u open the box there's a fantastic smell. You only need a tiny piece in Ur burner at a time and it will fill the room beautifully. I've never had a negative exp with this company though I am sure if I did it would b worked out right away, as she will do everything she can to help. I will definitely be switching to just using hers in the future. I hope she brings out more scents in future . The products she has really go above and beyond
