I noticed you included a phone number to a review that was made from last September, is that common practice to include the person's cell number who's making an honest review? Is this done out of spite or retribution for leaving you a negative review? That's pretty petty and juvenile. Going through your website, I see where you brag about being 100% being able to unlock a locked cell phone, and here you couldn't with my former colleague. Being as it may, be petty and childlike...I reckon a feeling was hurt and now you wish to cause this former peace officer some grief, so be it. There's a saying about Karma! But then again, cowards don't like reporting the truth, just five-star ratings and that's all you're concerned about...5 stars!

You won't find this level of service anywhere else online; trust me, I've tried. After a week long delay dealing with another online vendor, I was told there was no code available for my phone. I then contacted CanadaUnlocking.com (who was less expensive) in the late afternoon. Early the next morning I woke up to an email containing the unlock code and was able to immediately unlock my phone. I just wish I had contacted them first. The process was so quick and easy.
