Very pleased with prompt service

First time using these guys. Royal mail lost the "tracked" package containing two rolls of film. Royal mail said Analogue wonderland had to claim the value of the lost package. Analogue wonderland told me it wasn't worth bothering to make the claim as I couldn't prove what was in there. They refunded the cost of processing after I pushed for it with multiple emails. But I'm short two rolls of film and have seen nothing for it. Royal Mail & Analogue wonderland blame each other and leave me with nothing.

no problem finding the item you want to check out or order and one will appreciate the postage waived off once you order over a certain value/volume; that's more than most resellers are willing to offer. and there is nothing wrong with most of the orders fulfilment; I would be happy if most distributors or resellers sourced and delivered this fast however the customer service seems still in its infancy? - when it comes to a problem with an order (outside the box) things are not being resolved in a professional and timely way. there is little else to go by as I order 99% of my films and development elsewhere; the lab services are not yer competitively priced, the communication is not that efficient. To be fair - this is a very young company and things are being fine-tuned on the go; which is something I cannot afford in my line of business..

Easy to buy film from, and I enjoyed the wide variety of different films on offer, shipping very fast and you get a label if you want to send your film to be developed once shot which is really useful, have sent off film to be developed and scanned so will leave a review for that once complete :)

Analogue Wonderland is a superb company that have really helped me rediscover my love of photography through film. The quality of the service, of the development, of the scans and of the communication have been second to none!

One thing I've noticed about their development is the sheer number of scratches in the film. They seem to come in all directions, vertical, horizontal and diagonal. Multiple films from multiple cameras show the same type of damage. It's a shame because their development only service is otherwise fast and efficient.

Hassle free purchase. Well packed and fast delivery for this hard to get item; i.e. 24 exposure Kodak TX 400. Will use again for additional purchases/services

Nice bunch of people, acceptable price for developing an ancient 110 negative film and fairly prompt email message back with the scanned photos attached. I won’t hesitate to use them again for some old 35mm undeveloped negative films just discovered.
