As advertised

So I made the purchase for two items. One was cancelled and refunded with no explanation. I reached out 4 times to customer support and never got a reason. It went back to the site the item was in stock so it was a little annoying that it was cancelled with no real reason. Or if it was a reason customer support doesn't care. Ways to improve? Communicate with your customers.

Never received my order

Company is great. The toy I ordered is hard and not flexible. I’d consider looking at others. Not excited at all for this.

This was a great way for my husband and me to enjoy some fun time together. This was definitely an awesome purchase. Thank you, Temptations, for this unique line of toys.

I didn’t receive everything I ordered but what did come in was good

terrible service, didn’t receive my product and i’ve tried to email their dumb info email dozens of times and still no response over a month later. DO NOT ORDER THEYRE SCAMMERS

Items delayed not delivered on time after paying for normal shipping .

So the products came banged up and open. I was uncomfortable with that.

Never received item and want a refund couldn’t get ahold of support

The product I received was not what was ordered. The product I received was a 10 function with no base, according to the item listing it was to have 12 functions and a base to charge. The item I received cost significantly less than the item I had read the description for and ordered!!!

Did not receive all of the things I ordered and they don’t work like advertised no where on the website to make a complaint

Proud purchase!! This thing goes to work!!! And it’s dual ended??? Me and my partner have been having a blast!!!

It took almost 2 full weeks for my order to be shipped. I attempted to get in contact with someone there as there was a feature that I could message someone but no reply no nothing. I now would never purchase another item from this company. Horrible experience.
