We have used Bywaters for our commercial waste since I started my role. I have found them to be very professional and responsive when required. My account manager Justin is always available and is always being proactive in helping raise the recycling score across the cluster.

Bywater's contract locks you in for another year after you wish to terminate. They constantly fail to pick up & continue to charge. They charge you & claim your bins are not out & available to pick up when they always are - then show you photos of bins or tracking locations that aren't yours & still insist on charging you. Their organisation appears fraudulent & criminal at best ! Avoid at all cost.

Hired a skip to clean out my garage. Bywaters service was reliable and now my garage looks spick and span.

This is my second review and I wouldn't normally post a second review so soon after the first but this company are truly unbelievable. They have absolutely no customer service and will tie you in for years unless you are careful. The icing on the cake for me was as a business we have been forced to close again for over a month during the second lockdown and despite no one being on site and no waste generated they still insist they collected and emptied the bins and that there must have been people working! Liars and thieves - use at your peril and I have terminated all our services asap. Truly shocking!

Be away from them. Read your contracts 3 times, their one year contract does not let the consumer terminate within 18 months. My business is closed due to the circumstances, they still send the full invoice and claiming the sum. This is clearly fraud.

An appalling company with even worse customer service. Keep a close eye on your invoices, false charges frequently appear. Time to quit worrying about them and move on to another supplier!

Bywaters has been LSE's supplier for 5 months now and the entire team (i.e. corporate, operations, customer service, finance and Senior Client Relationship Manager) is doing an excellent job! During this time, Bywaters has maintained a 95% collection success rate, which is quite impressive given the size of LSE's estate.

Bad supervisor with an abusive personality, if you're going to swim in trash for 12 hours on a minimum wage they could at least pretend to be nice. Right now I am wondering if I'll have to bring them to court to get my payment for the hours I worked before I quit.

Atrocious service and some very questionable attitudes

We've been using the Bywaters team for a couple of years and can honestly say that our account manager Sam Dinnadge and the rest of the back of house team are unsung hero's who are always there for you and do exactly what they say they are going to do! I would highly recommend them...

The team at Bywaters are very responsive and never fail to provide a resolution to a problem. They invest in their staff, providing all the necessary training and encouraging the one-team ethos. As a company they are working hard to reduce the amount of waste going to landfill and that radiates through the team onsite.
