We had a very nice trip from Geneva to Chamonix, with a lot of tips from the driver for our trip(thanks Arnold once again!). The price was good and the surprise was that we child chair was for free.

After much panic at Edinburgh airport, after our flight to Geneva was delayed,it was such a relief to see Edgars our driver waiting for us at Geneva arrivals. The flight was only supposed to be an hour late, so we contacted Loyal Transfers and all was ok. However, we ended up being delayed for several hours and Edgars had other customers and bookings to collect, who were of course on time. I was travelling with an elderly mum and was worried about getting public transport after such a long day and thought we were maybe going to have to stay in Geneva over night. Much to our relief though, Edgars was waiting with a big smile and bottles of cold water. Our trip to Annecy took off from there and it was fabulous. Arnis picked us up two weeks later to take us back to Geneva and he was great too. Will probably be going back to Lake Annecy next year and won't hesitate to use Loyal Transfers again.

Very professional company. Initial issues with payment from my side were handled so well. Never cancelled my trip even when my payment hadn't been processed. The contacted me and it was all sorted. Did a round trip to Chamonix from Geneva Airport. Both drivers were lovely, very punctual and all round a great service.

The cars were great and journey was smooth - drivers did a great job. The first driver was slightly late but that was because he couldn’t reach our hotel in Geneva as certain roads to the hotel were closed off which the hotel can open electronically but the driver needed to inform us or the hotel to do so. He tried multiple routes to the hotel before informing which meant that he was 10-15 mins late. But all in all, reliable company and good drivers

We used Loyal Transfers when going to/from our destination (Geneva Airport - Val d'Isère). We had a great experience with them! The drivers, Kris and Kaspar, were both really nice and their driving felt very safe. They were also both early to pick us up which was very much appreciated, especially when going to the Airport having a plane to catch. It was also a nice touch with the water bottles provided in the cars, and the cars in general were also very clean and comfortable. The communication with Loyal Transfers was smooth and they were very fast to reply. When making a request for a booking, someone from their office reached out via Whatsapp to confirm our booking and also provided us more information about our driver and their Whatsapp number, a service we appreciated a lot as it made the communication very simple. We definitely recommend Loyal Transfers and will use them again the next time we go to the alps!

Fantastic service! We were picked up from Geneva airport and taken to Les Arcs, travelling with 2 adults and 2 children. The driver was professional and friendly, a nice large vehicle was sent with a child seat as requested. Driver arrived ten minutes early, communicated his arrival via text message so we felt very looked after. A great way to travel to the slopes and back!

Our driver Normunds was 100% reliable and a safe driver! He stopped when we needed to, and messaged us early on departure day to leave earlier because of traffic. Another special mention to Normunds because my friend left his bag in the car, and he kindly drove back up to Val d’isere to bring it to us! Will definitely use Loyal transfers again in the future!
