Please be careful when buying from this company. I received two faulty dresses which did fall under their returns policy as they admitted liability. Firstly, they refused to accept a return due to the shipping costs. They then followed up with an email to provide another item to the same value. When I asked for another item they refused to send it. Their solution was at this stage after 30 emails was to return the items and receive a refund even though they don’t provide payment of returns even if the item is faulty. Returns was going to cost over £35. I have no other options but to review via social networking. They will respond very politely to this review but they don’t ever have a resolution so be warned. They also work under numerous different names.

I bought clothes in this store and what I received is not even similar to the clothes offered on the website. The construction and the material are terrible and the fit of the clothes too. The truth is super poor quality. I immediately received the order and saw how bad the clothes fit, I asked for the money back because the clothes and the fit are terrible, nothing compared to what they have on the website. The company's response was to send photos of the clothes, I sent photos of all the unused clothes and the poor construction and the store's response was that since the clothes were handmade, that type of material had the threads sticking out. Everywhere it was normal for them to be cut and that they would make an adjustment to my order. I told the copmapine that the clothes really couldn't be used because the problem was the fit of the clothes that didn't fit well, that I just wanted to return the clothes and get my money back. To date I have not had a response but everything is poor quality and cheap. I recommend not buying from this store so that you do not waste your time or your money. The worst..... Compré ropa en esta tienda y lo que recibí ni siquiera se parece a la ropa que se ofrece en el sitio web. La construcción y el material son terribles y el ajuste de la ropa también. La verdad es de súper mala calidad. Inmediatamente recibí el pedido y vi lo mal que me quedaba la ropa, pedí que me devolvieran el dinero porque la ropa y el talle son pésimos, nada comparado con lo que tienen en la página web. La respuesta de la empresa fue enviar fotos de la ropa, yo envié fotos de toda la ropa sin usar y de la mala construcción y la respuesta de la tienda fue que como la ropa era hecha a mano, ese tipo de material tenía los hilos sobresaliendo. En todos lados era normal que los cortaran y que hicieran un ajuste a mi pedido. Le dije a la compañia que la ropa realmente no se podía usar porque el problema era el ajuste de la ropa que no me quedaba bien, que solo quería devolver la ropa y recuperar mi dinero. Hasta la fecha no he tenido respuesta pero todo es de mala calidad y barato. Recomiendo no comprar en esta tienda para que no pierdas ni tu tiempo ni tu dinero. Lo peor.....
