Got an email out of the blue just as I realised that my existing energy contract was expiring. They were so helpful in reviewing my current contract and collaring it and advising me on the best option to go for. Then when I got a new offer from my existing provider, they compared that again against their previous advice and again advised on which was the best option. After all that, they then handled the renewal and cancellation. So good and effortless for me!!
