Ordered a MIRKA 1230M Dust Extractor which showed as STOCK on their Website and delivery 1-2 days and a week later not even a response to my 3 email chases. I am wondering if they even exist as I completed the online Contact Us and you get to the end and submit and it errors! DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING from this Company or their associated U-Pro Trade Supplied Limited

Fantastic service, and rapid postage of my items. I have now ordered from them twice and both orders were recieved without delay. I will be using them again for certain! Prices were also more than competitive, as everwhere else they were way more expensive.

First time shopping with this company and the service was excellent, quality products and fast delivery.

Ordered £1,900 worth of Mirka sanders and extraction unit off their website. Very misleading as website stated all items were in stock and would be delivered in 48 hours. Turns out they weren’t in stock and I had to wait two and a half weeks for my delivery. If I’d have known up front they had no stock I would have gone elsewhere and received items quicker! Also, customer service is awful! Avoid them if you can!!

Order some items last month. Came quickly. Some weren’t needed so contacted asking to return and get a refund (as is my legal right). Initially told I couldn’t return them “as my reason wasn’t suitable” - I reminded them of their legal obligations when they sell products over the internet. They accepted that they needed to take them back. Chased every week for almost a month to get an address to send them back to. Still nothing.

Ordered an item last week on Thursday still waiting this week for the item to turn up, contacted them and they said that the item wasn't in stock and it won't be in until Wednesday of this week on the website it said, they had it in stock. If I'd known that I would have gone elsewhere i.e. eBay and pay 2 quid more, and I would have had it on Saturday/Monday.

Ordered some painting precision masking tape Monday morning and arrived Tuesday. Great value for money and service, would recommend.
