Step 1. Call the Chorleywood store. 'Yes we have five of these.' Step 2. Visit Chorleywood store with old bottle. "That'll be 49.99, we'll put the full bottle in your car for you." Step 3. Get home. Remove bottle from car. They loaded me an empty bottle! Step 4. Call them. "So sorry, bring it back snd we'll change it." Step 6. return empty bottle to shop. "We don't have any of those. You'll have to take the empty away again. Step 7. Drive home, again. Go into garden and scream....... --Good old Trustpilot.-- Lords called me the very next morning to apologise and to get it sorted. My screaming fit is over and they have reassured me I will get my gas bottle. -- Now THAT'S good customer service.
