United Kingdom | 17 May 2011I can't fault the service from Fixingsmegastore - the web-site is easy to navigate, and showed the components I wanted. On the web-site, I was recommended to check stock with them prior to ordering, so I sent an e-mail and received a response within the hour, as promised. I then placed my order and received a prompt acknowledgement. Thereafter things went downhill, as despite having paid the extra £!0 for Next Day Delivery, the goods were delivered five days later. THe package showed that the goods had been handed over to the courier company on the day I placed my order, so it was all the courier company's fault - Fedex, for reference!

United Kingdom | 10 March 2011Can't fault the staff for being helpful and the site is easy to move around, but before ordering you do really need to call or email to check they have the stock. Some items I ordered were out of stock, and the site had not yet updated to show this as it is only done daily. They managed to contact me and arrange to send out a replacement (cost more but no extra charge) and I still had the order next day using the before 10.00am service. Since then, I have had nothing but great service from them, and they have now added an option during checkout so that if an item is not in stock, they will automatically dispatch the next size up which also works very well.

United States | 10 March 2011I found the FixingMegaStore to be a nice group of people to deal with and their prices were very keen. However I did have a number of issues with not getting what I ordered, which they fixed straight away with no fuss, but which did cause me additional work I could have done without. I think they just need to sharpen up on their practices to give a better service. As an example look at the wording on the review invitation I received: 'Should you decide to write a review of our performance to you, as reqard we will give you provide you with a discount voucher for your next order with us.' Overall I would say they are keenly priced, have a good range and stock level, but you need to check very carefully that you get what you ordered.
