I have used Altegra for the last 10+ years for all of our farmers markets needs, we have a fleet of marquees in variable sizes and have always been happy. Their tents are durable, strong in all weather conditions and easy to set up. Altegra have always had friendly and efficient service, are very helpful and great communicators. I have recently replaced my canopy (I accidentally tore my old one after using it every weekend for over 5 years) with a custom print design and the turnaround time was excellent. The team was efficient at providing artwork and swift at tailoring my requests and changes. They have also been happy to help with smaller details including replacement screws or fittings when needed. I can highly recommend Altegra Australia since I have owned their tents as long as i have been involved in Farmers Markets - over 15 years. Product and service above and beyond expectations. Our marquee we have had for 10 years it's got us through Go-Cart racing, Speedway, numerous cattle shows and several trips through the desert. Roof needed replacing one phone call and 10 business days later a new roof arrives from Victoria to Queensland. Have just ordered a second marquee for my son and his cattle shows with printing and photos, excellent quality as per expected ... Altergra go over and above for customer service.

I bought my 3x3m Altegra gazebo in 2015 - I can’t recommend them highly enough! I’ve used it between 60-80 times per year, for the last 5 years with no problems. It is extremely sturdy and very well made. I have only now, for the first time in 5 years, had to do any maintenance on my gazebo - that is to purchase new ring pulls for the legs as mine had cracked due to exposure to the sun over time. Probably once or twice a year I tighten nuts/screws in the gazebo, but that’s it! I previously used the 3x3m gazebos from hardware/outdoor stores, but every season I would need to replace my gazebo due to them falling apart. I hang artwork from the gazebo, which can amount to a fair bit of weight (between 50-80kg). The Altegra gazebo handles this exceptionally, where other gazebos could not. My main event is hosted in parklands right next to the beach - we can experience fairly high winds, high UV (in Darwin), and heavy rain. The Altegra gazebo holds up well to all! I have recently changed my logo, so I ordered a new printed canopy roof for my Altegra frame. After I had approved the proof of my canopy (which I designed myself and supplied), the print team actually advised me they had spotted an error in my design, which I hadn’t noticed. It was rectified before print and I’m very glad they took the time to check the design and confirm with me before printing (despite me already having approved the proof!). The canopies are great quality - they hold up really well against the UV in Darwin, they are thick, don't leak, great branding opportunity. Very happy with the gazebo, and the canopy - I 100% recommend them, they have a great product and their customer service is awesome too.

Couldn't praise my Altegra Marquee or service we get from Scott any higher. We've had our American BBQ buisiness for 3 years and the Marquee and other equipment such as tables etc have seen some harsh punishment from not just the elements but wear and tear from service were only the best will survive. Altegra were very helpful while I was ordering a replacement canopy. I ended up talking to Scott O’Brien who was exceedingly nice and helped me organise anew canopy. I queried the option of a new sidewall with him-this was sorted as well. A small problem with the delivered colour was also easily fixed and my delivery was also sooner than I thought. I’m happy to recommend Altegra to anyone as they are professional, helpful and have an amazing quality product.

I have nothing but praise for this company. We purchased a gazebo with walls and a sky banner which are of excellent quality. Simon gave us very good advice when choosing the most appropriate gazebo for our needs and he showed us clearly how to erect it. He even organised graphics for the sky banner. I have owned an Altegra gazebo for three years. The 3 x 4.5m fits perfectly at the front of our caravan and annex giving us under cover outdoor space. Service given from the Altegra team if needed was quick and very friendly. If you are looking for a negative it would be that the Australian sun fades the material, I do have to say that we put it up for 3 months each year.I recommend this brand to anyone who asks. Very strong and sturdy, easy and quick for 2 people to setup. Great product and great service. 👍👍

The Altegra gazebo was a great addition to our school equipment supply and used recently at a community bush dance in the Dandenong Ranges on a wet night. Parents reported ease and sturdiness in putting it up and working with it which I'm very happy to report. I've seen the ones at the South Warrandyte Cricket club in action for many years and always noted their durability. I can highly recommend spending the extra money to have an Altegra product that lasts for at least a decade or more and doesn't become another piece for landfill after three uses! I recently hired a 6 * 3 m Altegra marquee for a 50th birthday celebration. We were really happy with this product. We were surprised how easily two of us managed to erect it, including adding on the sides of the marquee and equally how quickly we could put it down, with just two of us, at the end of the function. Great quality and great staff to deal with also.
