Artist Statement "My paintings are typically characterised by bold colours and illustrative realism. I aim to make them uplifting and to make you smile. They can take you to a beautiful, peaceful, happy place or they can make you chuckle in their humour. Sometimes they capture the awe of nature, particularly the power of the sea. I hope you like what you see!"  Wendy's art is normally oil paintings, acrylic paintings and pencil drawings. Her specialisms are animal portraits, people portraits and seascapes. She is open for commissions. Wendy is also an art tutor and offers classes in Weston-super-Mare and private tutoring on request.
