Avoid at all costs!! Property rented in Newcastle for several railway engineers for an ongoing project. Upon arrival, we were greeted with an abundance of plug in air fresheners along with 10's of reed diffusers which not only assaulted the senses but physically slapped you round the face upon entry which made me wonder what was trying to be hidden. Was it the stains on every surface in each room, was it the mouse droppings near the kitchen, was it the peeling & bubbling wallpaper that looks like it was hung by someone waring boxing gloves or was it the 2x bedrooms that had been used by 2 previous occupants that are still to be cleaned 3 weeks later! The bedding is stained, I refuse to look at the mattresses. The bedroom door handles are broken at best & lock you in as they're hanging off in some rooms! It says off street parking, yes for a go cart nothing bigger! When you complain about a cleaning schedule you're rebuffed & told only the occupied rooms will be cleaned & not the ones previously occupied! I dread to think anybody actually inspecting this property with a black light would throw up & condem it! All in all a disgusting property, poor service & looking forward to going home a cleansing myself in acid for 48 hours! Beware, there's nothing "comfy" for workers/contractors here .....
