United Kingdom | 17 March 2025Did not have a good experience with this team. I enrolled for focus group/review session as an ex user of a energy company, chose my session and never heard back. Emailed a few days before to receive really bad attitudine and rudeness, saying that the sessions are not set and we only chose preferred times. When I point out that that was not explained I get profused apologies. Why can't you be decent from the get go? Not good customer service for a team whose whole focus should be that.
