We recently got Venetian blinds, blind screen, and roller blinds (some perfect fit) for our new home, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the whole experience. From the moment we walked into the store, we were greeted by Steven and Ross both incredibly friendly and helpful. We arranged a date based on when we were getting the keys to our new house, and Ross came out to measure up and provide a quote. The pricing was very reasonable, and Ross clearly set out what to expect in terms of timelines for materials arriving and fitting. Everything happened exactly when they said it would. On fitting day, I received a text in the morning to let me know Steven was on his way. Steven and Lewis did the install they were pleasant, efficient, tidy, and the results were absolutely outstanding. Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish! We enquired with cross blinds less than two weeks ago, Ross came out to measure the following day. We only ordered last Tuesday and they were supposed to be fitted today however given the red weather warning, Stephen and Lewis kindly came and fitted them last night to allow us to move into our house this weekend. Absolutely fantastic service and we can’t thank you all enough! Blinds are beautiful too.
