First point of contact was Yvonne. Very pleasant and helpful. Ross came on the day that was planned to measure and advise on the blind of our choice. Again very pleasant and chatty. Order placed. Was told approximately how long the order would take. Once again came on time. Advised what time Steven would arrive to fit blinds. Arrived when he said he would. Blind fitted by pleasant chatty guy. After having a terrible experience with another company, resulting in shutters being replaced twice , then eventually removed & refunded , I heard about Cross Blinds. From my initial call with Ross my mind was at ease . Nothing was any trouble, he really listened & understood the awful experience we had had previously & was so informative & patient. The price was way cheaper than previous & for a far better quality shutter. We went ahead & ordered & yesterday they were fitted by Ross & Steven. To say we are over the moon would be an understatement , they are amazing. The quality, the feel of them , how they look, they are just perfect. Excellent service from ordering to fitting, couldn't be happier with the total experience of selecting and the fitting of my new blinds throughout the house. Quality blinds throughout and love the finish you can tell that the blinds are made well and the finish is perfect even the wee touches ie the chrome cord for adjusting the blinds and the runner's at the bottom.
