I needed a new seal for the bottom of a shower door. I contacted Shower seal on line and they advised me on which product would be the most suitable. I purchased the product and it worked fine.

The dimensions shown on the website are completely different from the ones received. I did a return within the required time, with a request for a replacement as per the returns policy, but the company did not even acknowledge receipt of the return, despite having used a tracking service with the post office confirming delivery

I ordered a ‘one size fits all’ shower door seal which arrived on time and well packed. I cut the seal to correct size and managed to fit it myself with some effort (not a perfect fit, but watertight). It would have been good if there had been fitting instructions or helpful tips included with the product
