I wanted the shower seal urgently so I paid via PayPal and I paid for next day delivery. The didn’t put my door number on the parcel so royal sent the item back to them. You would have thought any company would check the basics such as an address before sending parcels? I also had to raise a dispute via PayPal for my refund. PayPal has the address on it, why would you go to the trouble of writing an address and post a parcel to an address with no house name or door number?
