No issues with the order or quality of the item. Very happy as able to get the size I needed. Delivery took over a week but that was down to the delivery company.

What a waste of time. I made an order online, got an email, I assumed to collect. Drove 15 miles to make.sure I would get there before closing. Arrived 4.25pm, (closing 4.45pm) after the staff faffing looking for my order, I was told to wait outside. Man came over told me the cutting machins had been turn off??? Therefore I should call back following day. Obviously the customer doesn't come first Order cancelled, no way would I use them again. In reply to your answer, As regards the fork lift, it was a piece of mdf measunt 600 x 300, you done need a fork loft to lift it !. As regards 10 days to cut a piece of wood .... really !. You mentioned im 4 miles away, actually my home address is not my work address which over 15 miles away. As for FOC delivery the option was not mentioned. If you put the customer all the above would have been taken in to account .
